- Have fun with our instructors Jarmila, Linda and Jenny and try to warm up with this set of excercises!
This version is very good for beginners as the pole is incorporated.
You can change some parts (maybe there are too many turns - but esp. this part prepares students for spins and the vertigo that may occur).
Mobilization of joints and static stretches (esp. shoulders, chest, forearms, calves..) should follow after this part.

It's super funny!! But I would sweat a lot and wouldn't be able to do tricks on pole
:-) No worries, Nathascia, it is just about your fitness level - the more you will train it the less you will sweat! ;-) Good luck in your training!
