  • Formerly Jane Fonda's Primetime workout Jane Fonda's Easy Going Workout is a comprehensive 50 minute class designed for beginners of all ages. It's perfect for those whose muscles and joints are more vulnerable and who need a slower, gentler workout. Easy Going is also excellent for anyone who does my New Workout but simply wants a change of pace as well as for people who have never exercised, who are over weight, or who may be suffering from back problems, arthritis, or injuries due to overuse. This does not mean that Easy Going will not challenge you. It will and it will increase your strength, muscle tone, flexibility, circulation, and cardiorespiratory fitness.
    Easy Going works the entire body, head to toe. It strengthens and lengthens every major muscle group. It tones the arms, waist, stomach, hips, thighs, legs and even the neck and chin. Every joint will be strengthened as well. The shoulders, wrists, hands, fingers, ankles and feet will be put through their full range of motion. Special emphasis is given to protecting and strengthening the neck and lower back. Easy Going even includes exercises for the internal pelvic muscle.

    I am beyond thrilled to find this workout that I used to do in the '80s into the 90s. It is a terrific workout particularly for my age now that I am in my latter 60s. Thank you so much!

    Her workouts are well rounded that one doesn't need major gym equipment to do...just resistance bands and a few light weights.

    Bless you for putting this on; Wish it were on dvd. Her workouts are the best. Cannot do the aerobics (I am 82 years old ) but I can do the rest.

      I am 82 with back and knew issues. I do what I can and still feel good, especially the waist and arm exercises.

    I'm 44 years old can I do ur workout please guide me... I'm doing ur workout since age 17 now my weight is 82 I can't reduce my weight it's stuck...plz help I have hormones issues already n knee pain n leg muscles stretch plz help me what I do plz

      There're the same - it was originally released as Prime Time and rebranded in later releases from Warner Bros

      There is a video Start Up that is easier has no aerobics. I use the one also.
