    On July 26, 2022, I started working out with your videos. As of today, I have lost 35 lbs. I used Fitbit to record steps and intensity and I gradually added more frequency. Your workouts have helped me mentally, as well. The music is fun and I look forward to my exercising.

    I have been doing these for 3 weeks now & loving them . I am almost 67 & wasn't getting any exercise at all . Am now doing 2 or 3 workouts a day & feel so much better . Thank you 😊 x

    I just found your video today. Loved it. Exercising to music, and I'm 75 yrs old so I could actually sing along, is a great way to take my mind off actually doing what's good for my body and health. I have 15 lbs to lose, and I think I can do it using your videos once, and maybe twice, a day. Thanks for being there.

    Wonderful music. Prompted me to dig out the vinyl of my grandparents and listen to Otis Redding. Music is the best for so many reasons. Great to “meet” another who is so appreciative of music.

    Thank you so much Jules. I just finished my first exercise. Last half year I went through the roller coaster. Pneumonia, hysterectomy and 3 weeks ago Covid. Outside is raining, so no gardening. You are my life line. 🙏🙏🙏

    This Special 10 minutes workout is dedicated for the elderlies with oldie music from the 50s.
    As we grow older, life is beginning to fall and elderlies seem to be rather isolated. However, let's promote a healthy lifestyle and enjoy being in the seniority for all our elderly friends.
    Let us engage senior citizens on social media, focus on topic that reflects their interests, health, well-being, hobbies, and family.
    May the peace and joy of our Lord fill our hearts as we put our trust in Him.

    11:35am. I am 69 and I love your workout videos. I am house bound because my husband is on hospice. Before I had to start staying home full-time I walked, water aerobics, yoga, and floor exercises. I am so thankful I found your videos. Love the workouts . Thank you

    12, 03 2023 DearJules, I feel old. You say it is an easy one, and for me it is hard because my muscles feel it afterwards. I am only 51, but somehow I feel senior. Anyway, thank you for this one; it is an instant favourite. I have been doing workouts with others as well, but now I am back with you. I have saved this one into my list of workouts. I just love it!
    However, it seems wherever I go I have bad luck. I had a great job and I lost it and now I am between jobs and running out of ideas. My figure is good on the other hand, because I have been exercising gently since 2, May 2022. I lost many kilos too, and I eat well and I enjoy it. But, I seem to get tired very quickly. Today, I had an hour slow stroll and that got me tired. Then I did my shopping, which I hate, and that got me even exhausted. Still, I came to do my exercises, so I am proud of me and I am happy about it. You are a great motivator with your lovely music exercises. I like these ones without talking and without weights. I am too weak for weight exercises. Thank you. I love your little end quotes or ideas and suggestions. Have a lovely night and a good sleep. Love Klári

      Hi Klari, if your energy is low, it might be worth going to your doctor to see if you have low iron. It would be worth getting a blood test done to see if you're low on anything else as well. Sometimes there are reasons why we're exhausted and a blood test might give you some answers. I hope that might help.

    I found this workout to be very helpful and I does this every morning before my daily walk to the park with my Granddaughter. I was having some back pains and these movements really helps. I love the music and like dancing . Thank you

    I do this routine to my own music, and it fits perfectly into all the rhythms!!! Rolling Stones, Talking Heads, the Clash, B52s, the list goes on!

    Phase 2 day 14! : )
    I haven't done this workout for months and really loved it.
    The moves and music were perfect for a Sunday night after painting the garden shed all day!
    Lots of right arm exercise with my paint brush and plenty of steps up and down the ladders!
    Looks brand new!

    I have struggled with weight up and down since like 10 yrs old. As a middle aged adult woman until age 67 now...I struggle with no desire to move in the mornings but feeling guilty not moving and getting anything. It is my new retirement struggle. I tried this video this am, cuz I loved the music portion, I finished 7 minutes and hope to do 8 tomorrow!!! Thanks

      I'm glad to know that you're enjoying this one, and that you want to start moving more. Motivation can definitely be a challenge but my suggestion is to not over-think it when you are about to exercise. Don't ask yourself whether you want to or not, because you likely don't want to. BUT, keep in mind that the movement WILL improve your future and keep you living independently longer, will help to decrease the chance of having falls or ending up in a wheelchair. Your future really depends on it. Since you're retired, you have time to add movement into your day. Ideally, put on the exercise videos in the mornings so that way you get energized, and will hopefully want to do more. I also wrote a post on my blog about a '2 minute movement challenge' which I hope will help. It's just adding in 2 minutes of movement every hour which adds up to a lot of extra movement throughout the day. My website is www.improvedhealthforseniors.com

      Welcome to my channel, Helen! I truly hope these workouts keep you coming back. If you don't feel like working out, my suggestion is to promise yourself at least a 10 minute workout each morning. We often don't feel like working out but once you start moving, it often will energize you and hopefully you'll want to do more. Exercise definitely helps with depression and helps to start the day off in a positive way. Once you feel ready, you can add more 10 minute workouts into your day. Congrats for getting started!

    Thank you sooooo much for taking the time to create these type of videos (low impact workout). I’m 61, overweight and had hernia repair surgery last summer.     27, 06 2023 Hi Jules, It was a good fit. Even like this I am sweating. I worked up a little bit of fitness and now I am losing it in the summer. It was very little but now I am going to lose it.     Wow I've had a busy day and wasn't going do much in way of exercise, then I found this while on your channel. This is soooo Very good at making youove, smile and lifting your mood. I did it smiling and singing and that's what exercise at my age ..57..is all about. Don't need to be an athlete just want to feel fit, good and healthy and you tick all those boxes. Music really really helps when working out. I so enjoyed that ..thank you for taking time to do these. Very much appreciated 👍

I'm in the category obese 1 so I got to continue these exercises, my doc says.     5, 5 2023 Well, I normally feel like doing only light, easy, low-impact and at times lazy workouts. But I am not grumbling,because it is 1 year 3 days today, I set out on my journey of making exercise a regular part of my life; and I succeeded. Hurray! It is the first time in my life to have achieved this goal. I have tried and tried and started and stopped and re-started and left off exercising for the last 30 or more years! Now, I am a success. Now, I want to do it. I may skip some days BUT I always come back to exercise again. Just saying.. (:
    I want to share with you that there is a glimmer of hope of getting a part time job in a hotel, breakfast and cleaning.
    It is nearly 11 at night, I'd better get to bed. Good night, Jules and thanks.

      You definitely don't have to be a senior to do these workouts. I have a lot of very active seniors on my channel and I purposely create a variety of levels so they'll cater to different fitness levels. I hope you enjoy the workouts and enjoy the variety.

    We did this very fun workout to end our day. We liked everything about it!
    The music was great and the new moves (while a little challenging to learn at first) make the time go by really quickly.

    First one of your videos I did and I am really grateful. Getting old and my motivation to exercise has gone. But this one said - easy, 10 minutes, great music. Well I started it and finished it, though at 75% speed, and I feel so accomplished and ready for the day. Thank you much!

      Congrats on starting...and finishing it! Starting is definitely the hardest part. I create gentle, beginner and intermediate workouts and categorize them on my website.     The workouts this week have been so much fun! I had good intentions of doing a regular cardio today but it didn't work out so this ended up being just perfect for today! I used 1 lb. weights to amp it up a bit☺ Have a great weekend!

    Wow! This is awesome! I’m 68 years old but I prefer a bit faster moves but this is perfect especially the music super. Im glad I found your channel by browsing tonight. Didn’t want to do a high impact exercises so this is soooo perfect. Kudos to you. ❤️❤️

    I am new to your video exercises, but I'm enjoying doing them. At present I'm suffering from trigeminal neuralgia which is causing me great pain, although the exercises don't help the TN they do lift my spirits. Thank you for your help with making exercise good.

    This was a nice work out as someone with adhd and a foot injury, it was low impact so i wont be sore, but enough changes to keep my attention and not a super long comittment. I really enjoyed it.

    Did a seated work out and then added this to end. First time trying your standing work out They are challenging as my legs and knees don't bend will but you made if fun. I downloaded all the low impact standing ones I could find. going to try and add it to a couple seated a week. I am in the right mind set right now to get my weight down and get my mobility and arthritis flare ups under control and you have a big part in my inspiration. Thanks again.

      I am thrilled to read about your motivation, Catherine! I have gentle, beginner and intermediate level standing workouts so if you're adding them on, I would suggest to avoid the intermediate workouts at this time. Ideally, try the gentle ones but if they're too easy, then move up to the beginner ones. With having arthritis, you definitely want to start slowly and move up when you're ready. I look forward to hearing about your progress!

      I looked at your playlists and I'm totally overwhelmed. So many to choose from! Would you please recommend a beginner one that isn't too long and includes a warm up so I don't have to look for one separately? Or should I do this video first to warm up? I love the music so much, I'm not sure if I'll stick to doing a different one but I'd like to try.

      Hi Judy, I'm going to add a playlist for you to help you out. This is a beginner level playlist so just look for the amount of time you'd like to work out for, and then go from there. All of my cardio workouts and all-in-one workouts include a warm-up and cool-down. Here's the beginner level playlist which includes workouts under 20 minutes:
