This was a good and very informative video about Ozempic. I took my first dose today and yes I did feel less hungry about lunchtime. I'm a little disappointed in myself. I messed up the first two doses because I didn't Inject the needle all the way in my leg so the medicine ran out 😢 But I'm looking forward to the experience with a new full pen 😅
I started ozempic 4 weeks ago and losing 1lb a week I'm taking it slowly and carefully not going over board!! I eat dark green kale and spinach salad with half 🥑. Raw Garlic parsley and spring onions. ACV, one boil egg. Then later in the day Greek yoghurt with pumpkin or sesame seeds and snacks on walnuts with dry blue berries or raw fruits. Lots of water
I have type 2 diabetes and I was on ozempic for the last 8 months. Originally, my doctor wanted me on mounjaro, but of course it was not covered. While I lost weight I was miserable with symptoms of fatigue , headaches and nausea. I did not feel like myself. Well fast forward to a week ago. Looked and found out my insurance this year will cover mounjaro so I switched. I have had 2 injections so far at 7.5 mg. The difference has been night and day. I finally feel like me again and zero side effects. I know they are very different medications but I am so happy to be on mounjaro now. Do alot of people have those sode effects with ozempic?

Thanks Doctor for your great information, always willing to learn more information on the topic of Ozempic. I personally started on the injections in July of last year and have now lost 100 lbs total!!! When my weight loss slowed down about 6 months on the injection I spoke with my doctor who increased me to 2 mg coming from 1 mg. Though I initially experienced nausea for the first few months I stayed with it taking the injection at bedtime instead and having something light on my stomach to help combat the nausea. Luckily the nausea eventually went away and I’ve continued consistently loosing on average about 2 lbs weekly. Also with the injections I didn’t have much
Hi and thank you for sharing parts of your weight loss journey!! It is inspiring. Your last sentence was cut off a bit but overall it sounds like you have found your rhythm with the medicine and hurdling toward your weight loss goals. I wish you continued success!! Be well!
My doctor suggested taking Ozempic, she saw my hesitation and told me to do my research and on my follow-up we'd discuss more. Thank you for the information, definitely took some notes.
Hello Dr. O, I have battled my weight my entire life. I was previously on Trulicity, for almost two years. I'm currently taking Mounjaro to lower my A1C, and to lose weight. My question is, once I have reached my weight loss goals, how long will I need to continue to take Mounjaro? It has been the only medication that had helped me to lose weight. Mounjaro seem to be what has truly helped me on my weight loss journey. I'm feeling so grateful.
Hello and thank you for your comment. As you are not my patient and I have no idea as to your medical history, I cannot advise you as to how long you will need to continue taking Mounjaro once your weight loss goals have been met, particularly since it sounds as though you are also using the medicine to help lower your hemoglobin A1c. This is definitely a discussion that you should have with your prescribing physician. I wish I could be more helpful. I am delighted to hear that you have found the medicine to truly help you with weight loss, and I wish you all the best on your health journey.
My abdomen has stretch marks from 2 pregnancies in addition to weight gain. My abdomen is the easiest to inject WeGovy because of my size. Is it safe for me to still inject in my abdomen?

The Mounjaro has gotten harder to get so I went back to Ozempic my numbers are going up, weight gain and glucose numbers are up too.😮
Hello! Great video! Thank you. My question is if we can take B12 oral supplements instead of injections? Second question is if it’s possible to lose weight if a patient stays on the 1mg without going on the 2mg dosage of Semaglutide/ Ozempic? Thank you!
@@fatimaa5311 @thedr.omethod4534 18 hours ago Hi and thank you for your comment! Regarding taking vitamins by mouth, you should be aware that over-the-counter vitamin business is not an FDA regulated industry. And as such, the variability between different brands, and the content of different vitamin can vary greatly. So because of this, I am somewhat reluctant to recommend oral supplements, although I am sure that there are many brands out there that are excellent! Also, everyone’s gut is different; meaning that what you absorb when you take a supplement can be very different from what I absorb when I take a supplement. This variability is often related to genetics as well as your medical history and the medicines you take. It is also sometimes related to the biomes in your gut, which can often facilitate the absorption of certain supplements. So the variability in gut absorption is a second reason why I am reluctant to recommend oral supplements. However, with this said, the decision to take a B12 supplement should be made by both you and your prescribing physician. This is where you can take into account your lifestyle, your medical history and your medicines! I hope this information is somewhat helpful. Be well!!
Such good information! I have been on Semaglutide since 3/28/23 doing the usual 4 weeks ea of .25, then .50, then 1.0, then 1.7 and now finally 2.4. I did not lose 1 single pound in those first 3 months! SO Discouraging, but luckily I did take my measurements each month and have lost 15 inches in this time period. Finally when I made it to the 1.7 dose I started losing 1 lb a week, and now that I'm at 2.4 I'm steadily losing 2 lbs a week. I feel fantastic and much more motivated & happy now that the scale is moving in the right direction. I've also been on WW thru this all. The Fibrous Fat talk you gave really hit me as it makes so much sense. My husband could feel my fat loosening up and he kept saying that all the time the scale didn't move. Some really helpful secrets I have learned off of youtube is #1 take your shots at night to avoid the nausea. Also when you get to the highest dose, give yourself the shot in the fat on the side of your thighs instead of your stomach and you won't get nausea. This was a game changer for me at least. Hope that helps someone like me (I still need to lose 50 lbs).
Hi ! Thank you so much for sharing your weight loss journey on my RUclips channel. I apologize for not answering you sooner. I simply missed your wonderful remarks.😕 I cannot tell you how happy it makes me to hear how well you are doing. And, I must tell you how it is so kind of you to share your story so that others may learn from your experience. On or around August 10, I will be posting another video talking a bit more about understanding why at times it seems like the medicines are not working, not only at the start of the program, but also after being on the medicine for months. Hopefully, this will also help people understand what can happen in their body while on the medicine, and how to manage the changes! Again, thank you very much for your comment. I wish you continued success on your weight loss journey!
I definitely have a question for you, Dr. O. I was taking a Ozempic but then because I’m not type two diabetic, I was simply overweight with high cholesterol, I stopped being allowed to have a Ozempic because of the shortage for those with type two diabetes. So I got onto Wegovy and things were looking great. I came within 10 pounds of my goal weight and my cholesterol went way down, of course. But I found that too high of a dose of Wegovy and semaglutide tends to dehydrate me to a point that is not tolerable for me. I mean talk about Ozempic face.!!! This was not working even at 1.7 mg. So my doctor per my request ordered me to have one milligrams of Wegovy for the remainder of my treatment. But it has been a couple of months and the pharmacy. CVS has never been able to get it at that dosage. So there I sit 10 pounds from my goal weight unable to do anything about it. Do you have any advice about how to get 1 mg tubes of Wegovy? Also, is that rebelsis pill a good alternative? I’m really upset at coming short of my goal and I don’t know what to do! Please help! Thank you!
Hello and thank you for your comment. I am happy to hear about your success in loosing weight while taking these medicines. And feel your frustration as to the difficulty in obtaining the right dosage of the medicines you require. Unfortunately, I do not have a solution for you. As you know, this not only a national problem, but a world wide shortage we are dealing with. I am wondering if you can discuss with your physician a way that you can succeed on the Wegovy dosage that you were able to obtain. It sounds as though you are experiencing dehydration, although you did mention “Ozempic face” (which is really just the loss of connective tissue fat which inevitably accompanies significant weight loss) I discuss one way to manage dehydration in the video and hopefully you find this helpful. As to whether or not Rybelsus is a good option for you, this is this a discussion that should be had with your physician, as I am not privy to your specific medical history, medications, and physical exam. That said, for many, this medicine is helpful in losing weight, although, as studies have shown, that the amount of weight loss is significantly less. I wish I could offer you more concrete solutions but hopefully I have given you some options to consider with your prescribing physician. I wish you the best of good luck in losing those last 10!!
You could try switching pharmacies. I had an issue getting Ozempic from Walgreens then I found out hospital pharmacies are considered primary so they get supplied with medications before pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS.
Thanks for taking time to explain more in details. Question I take injection on Fridays but told I should maybe change to Wednesday or Thursday to ensure the appetite suppression is more effective during the weekend...thoughts?
Dear motivated2010; Thank you for your comments. I think that this is a really good question. In order to truly understand how semaglutide works in the body, you need to understand the science. First, the good news is that approximately 89% of the Semaglutide is actually absorbed by the body. The other good news is that it takes a week before the concentration of medicine is decreased by 50%. So when you take it on Friday, by the following Friday, you still have 50% of the medicine in your body. And finally, when you inject the medicine, subcutaneously, underneath your skin, it takes anywhere from 1 to 3 days for it to reach its peak concentration. So what does this all mean with regard to when is the ideal day to take your medicine. Well, given how long the medicine lasts in your body, and how quickly it reaches therapeutic dose, I feel that when you are at the right dose for you, it will be fine to take the medicine on Friday. However, as you are adjusting the dose to be maximally effective for you, you may find a difference in its effectiveness for the first couple of days. Again, I feel that when you are at the right dose, these differences become less significant. Does this make sense? I really hope it does!! Let me know!! I wish you all the best of good things on your journey to weight loss!
Thank you so much for this information! Also, for the reminder to be kind to ourselves. I do have a question. Is there any research that suggests that these meds weaken immunity or change the coloring of the skin?
Hi Dr. O, and thank you for this video! I take Mounjaro (compounded) and get great appetite suppression. I lost 6 lb in the first 10 days, then lost nothing for the last 3 weeks. I’m told my metabolism shut down since I struggle to eat 1000 calories/day. People tell me I need to increase my calorie intake in order to lose weight, but that seems so counterintuitive! Is that really a thing? I couldn’t find any information online about this from a reputable source. BTW I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy 9 years ago and if I eat more than 1200 calories/day I gain weight (a side effect of weight loss surgery no one tells you about!) I’d really appreciate some information on whether increasing my calorie intake could break my weight loss stall. I do try to get in 1000 cal/day but it can be a struggle! Thank you SO much, I just subscribed to your channel and can’t wait to see your next video❤
Dear Diann, I really appreciate your taking the time to watch my video. I hope it was helpful. Regarding your question, first, I gather that since you are in the second month of treatment, you have increased your dose to 5 mg per week, correct? Managing the dosage is an easy fix to stalled weight loss. Second, do you think that you may have a lot of fibrous fat? While it is difficult to know whether you have this stubborn fat, I recommend that you do measurements of your body. You may notice that, even though the scale is not moving, you are actually losing inches in critical parts of your body - arms, waist, hips, legs. And finally, hydration, hydration, hydration! Please make sure you are drinking enough water and getting enough electrolytes. This is simple fix can be extremely helpful in getting the weight off. I hope this information helps. Let me know if there any other questions I can answer. And I wish you all the best on your weight loss journey!!
By the way, I just want to be clear. Usually people who have had a vertical gastrectomy consume the same 1000 cal per day that you consume. I do not think that increasing your caloric intake will make a difference in the process. I apologize for not addressing this directly sooner. Be well.!!
@@thedr.omethod4534 I increased to 5 mg last week. I probably do have a lot of fibrous fat from decades of obesity, and I’ve started with electrolyte supplementation. Hopefully that will break the stall. Thank you Dr. O!
Great video. I will be starting Mounjaro soon. I am one of those who does NOT like to be nauseous or throw up. That’s enough to make me change my mind🥴
I have been taking Ozempic for 3 months. I am on the 1mg now. The weight is coming off slow - 19lbs in 3 months but I can be patient with that. My biggest problem is the constipation. I was normal before this and I heard that side effects can last weeks but I am on month 3 still having constipation issues. Also, I was pre-diabetic at 6.0 for my AIC and 3 months later my AIC was 5,7. My doctor thought it would be in the normal range by now. Can being pre-diabetic slow my weight loss? And what should I do if constipation is an on-going issue?
I agree also, these tips are the most helpful I have read. There are so many that make the side affects so scary to try. I see so many people, that I know do so well in their weight loss journey. Only thing was that I had to figure it out for myself because they didn’t share their amazing results will me. It’s ok , I know it’s there for me too. In fact I have acquired even more information. Thank you Dr. O. for sharing. You are appreciated. ❤😊
Dr. O, this was just the information I was looking for. Thank you. I'm struggling to drink enough and eat. I am not hungry and I have to pee every 30 minutes, which is driving me nuts! And sometimes I'm just dizzy. I've tried a number of weight loss fads, legit programs, and exercise routines, and nothing has worked. But I am in this for the long haul because I need to create a healthier relationship with food so that I can get off the BP and cholesterol medications. AND I am doing this for my kids (15 & 11) because my mom died 6 weeks after my youngest was born. She had a heart attack, and so did her mother, and various aunts and cousins. I want to be around for my family for a looooong time.

This was very encouraging. I see ppl saying they lost 30 or 40lbs in 3 months or so...meanwhile im eating healthy and exercising consistently and im not seeing those results. I literally had to pack my scale bc I was feeling so bad after weighing myself. I am trying ro train my mind not to focus on the outside of my body but the inside and the good decisions im making now
Wow! You are a star!! Take measurements, hydrate with electrolytes if it is right for you) and go up on the dosage if it is appropriate. I wish you all the best!!!
Hi and thank you for your comment. Unfortunately, constipation is a possible side effect of taking these medicines. As always, hydration is a wonderful and effective way to fight constipation. And, do not forget to add electrolytes to help your body hold onto the fluid you drink. If your symptoms are severe, however, I recommend that you review your medical history with your physician as there may be other interventions that are appropriate for you. I hope this is helpful and I wish you all the best.

Dear Sarah,
Thank you for your kind comment. I cannot tell you what it means to me to hear such positive and enthusiastic feedback. I wish you all the best.
Offf, vad atâtea comentarii frumoase și optimiste, dar din păcate eu sunt româncă și nu înțeleg nimic. Totuși va felicit și va mulțumesc!❤
I was on trizapide for 3 mths and lost 30lbs I stop for a few mths and start back in February 24 and I haven't lost anything,I'm stuck I drink alot of water eat my fruits and vegetables and I'm not losing nothing...
Thank you, Dr. O!! I had my 4th injection and weigh-in today and "only" lost 1.4 lbs. I had to remind myself that I've lost almost 13 lbs in a month, feel that my chronic inflammation has disappeared, have clearly lost inches AND can tell that my metabolism has been flipped back to "on". In other words, I need to HUSH and BE PATIENT, just as you said!🥰
I love the way you are thinking!! Congratulations on your amazing progress to date, and I wish you all the best for continued success!!
Love the tips! ❤
Yes I noticed my inflammation changed drastically, I actually have a great boost of energy,
CONGRATULATIONS ON ALL THE PEOPLE'S ON HER TO THEY JOURNEY ON LOSS THE WEIGHT DON'T GIVE UP BECAUSE IT HARD JUST KEEP MOVING 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
13lbs in 1 mth is AMAZING. Be kind to yourself, congrats!
I loved that you addreseed the weight loss without bisas! I used mounjaro and the results were AMAZING! i used it for 3 months and lost about 30 lbs. Then got my mommy makeover.
Wow!!! That is awesome. You are awesome! I am so happy for your success. Thank you for watching my video and thank you for leaving a comment. Be well!!
Hi. Were you able to keep it off? I just started and eventually want to come off it , are you on maintenance?
This was a good and very informative video about Ozempic. I took my first dose today and yes I did feel less hungry about lunchtime.
I'm a little disappointed in myself. I messed up the first two doses because I didn't Inject the needle all the way in my leg so the medicine ran out 😢
But I'm looking forward to the experience with a new full pen 😅
That's amazing, do you get any side effects? I am considering Maunjaro but worry of the side effects, thank you
I started ozempic 4 weeks ago and losing 1lb a week I'm taking it slowly and carefully not going over board!!
Hi and thank you for your comment!
You sound amazing! I wish you all the best on your journey. 😊
Hey there I'M the opposite I as a on Ozempic for one & a half years it helped my Diabetes but not with weight loss, ( had no side effects) now I'm on Mounjaro ( took first dosage this morning so far no side effects. I'll see how this go!😊
I been looking for something like this for a minute. To talk about this what I done to make work is (no more red meat) (one meal a day) (go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week for 1 hours) and I lost 87 pounds in two months ❤
Thanks for sharing this information cause I was about to give up on my Ozempic journey. I’ve been on it for 3 months only lost 10lbs… but I realize things that could be contributing to this and I’m gonna stick with it and use your helpful tips! Thanks again for sharing! Most helpful video I’ve seen thus far on this topic!
Thank you so much for your kind words! Good luck on your weight loss journey!!
So how has it been going?
Thank you, I am on week two and already freaking out. This helped
Ive heard so many people talk about side effects on Wegovy but i didnt experience any so i thought maybe i did it wrong lol...until i got on the scale a week later and was 8 lbs down😁
Yay you!!!! Lol.
Good luck. 😊
Thank you Dr. Iffie this video was very helpful.
Would you please speak about constipation relief while taking ozempic
This was very helpful. Can you address the cause and solution of the fatigue and grogginess that seems to happen after upping the dose.
I was on it got discouraged. However I received no counseling. Thank you for this Dr. O. I am going back on it and take your most useful advice!!! Thanks again.
Please discuss micro-dosing. These side effects lately happen because people are being over medicated. You also need your complete hormone profile balanced or at least - working towards it with HRT if you are in menopause. This peptide can’t work in a dis regulated system.
Hello doctor look forward to a video on Zep Bound
What a great video. The first time I’ve subscribed to a channel because I really wanted to. Your personality shines through and its brilliant. Thanks Dr O.
Thank you for breaking it down like this. I'm about to start Ozempic soon, and I'm looking for all available info to succeed. I'm sure I'll be referring back to this video a lot.
Excellent video - really needed to hear this
When insulin levels are too low….. how to combat this because this is the case with me yet you didn’t mention how to deal with it. Thank you in advance.
I'm so glad this video came up in my feed. I have been on Ozempic for over 1yr. My weight stayed the same. My Dr. Increased my dose and I started drinking more water & exercising about 2 weeks ago and have already lost 5lbs. Thanks for shedding some light. #subscribed
I love the way you took your time to explain each Meds. Very informative ❤❤❤
Thank you for your kind comment! All the best. 😊
Hello..Thanks for so good video!
I have some questions:
1.When is the best time to take Mounjaro?(day/evening)
2.Which supplements we can take daily and when?
3.Tips and tricks for side effects
Dr.O is so informative I wish she was my primary doctor!! Anyway thanks for the info Dr.O!! ❤
That was great!!!! I almost wanna start my Mounjaro after hearing how to deal with the side effects … but you didn’t talk about constipation and that is the one I’m most fearful of
Thanks Doctor for your great information, always willing to learn more information on the topic of Ozempic.
Be well!
I start Ozempic tomorrow, and I think I will try it at bedtime! I'm really worried about the nausea. Thanks for the suggestion!
You can do an intra oral b12 spray that absorbs thru your buccal mucosa membrane. Much more effective and alot cheaper. I’ve been using it for years.
You are a pleasure to watch. Great video and very knowledgeable. Thank you!
My doctor suggested taking Ozempic, she saw my hesitation and told me to do my research and on my follow-up we'd discuss more. Thank you for the information, definitely took some notes.
HI! I am so happy that you found my video helpful. I wish you all the best of good health!
Im six weeks in and down 11 lbs. Thanks for your tips!
Congratulations!!! I am glad that you found my tips to be helpful! Best wishes!
Fr . How often do I take electrolytes? Every day?
I absolutely love your personality!
I had my first .25 injection of Wegovy last Friday and to my surprise, it’s started working pretty well!
Thank you so much for your kind words! And good luck in your weight loss journey!
I feel like I’m loosing inches in weeks 3. Will take measurements, loss 4 pounds thank you Doc 🙏🏾
Very informative. I learned lots of information about the use of ozempic
I am starting Trrzepatide today for weight loss. My biggest question is when I reach my goal weight, is there a maintenance program? and thank you for your videos. I subscribed and I am excited to continue this journey with you. Thank you.
Thanks Dr. O. Very informative video and important to know when starting on this journey. I learned something new today about electrolytes retention in the body. God bless you for the work you do. ❤👍
Wow! Thank you for your kind comment and for your blessing! I’ll take it!! 😊
Hi and thank you for your comment!!
I really thought I could use Google translate to send you a message, but clearly I was wrong as I am sitting next to my Austrian friend who is literally laughing at my response ! 😁
I am so happy that you found the information in the video helpful. It sounds like you are a pioneer for the weight loss program. Brova!! Who knows, maybe your doctor would benefit from seeing my video too!!
I wish you all the best of good health!!
I am on week 5 with Ozempic - and I’m down pounds. I am still dealing with a lot of stomach upset so I am glad to know that the nausea will subside. Thanks for a very informative video.
Hi and thank you for your kind comment. I wish you all the best on your weight-loss journey. And be sure to check out my follow up video!😊
how's the stomach issues?
@@caissa6187 it’s getting better. It’s hard to tell how much is Ozempic and what are my chemotherapy treatments because they cause serious stomach upset and diarrhea. Thanks for asking, I’m down a total of 35 lbs, so I’m going to charge through.
Hows the stomach issues.???
@@lisalonghurst490 They are better now that I consume more fiber, but I pretty much had awful diarrhea and vomiting if I ate something that was too sweet. I don't have the nausea/vomiting as much as I have had diarrhea.
Hi Dr. O , my question is what would be the best injection for someone who’s not a diabetic, but diagnosed as having hypothyroidism? Also my sweet tooth is through the roof. Please help if possible.
Love her energy!
Wow my doctor yells at me and I shut down😢 I wish O could find a doctor like you. ❤
Dr. O, this was such a great video!! So much knowledge and your presence is just so warming! Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words!!!
Thanks Dr.Okoronkwo,I started at the lowest level and have only lost 3 pds.in a month, some violent side effects like constipation and vomiting, would Phenergan balance thus out? Thanks from TX!

Thank you for this! I’m 1 month in lost 9 lbs and trying to love the process but can’t help but to worry about staying the path!
Hey Dr. O. thank you so much for sharing your expert advice. I will start my Mounjaro journey this week due to receiving news that my A1C has increased over the last few months. I am a little scared, but you have made your tips very clear and easy to understand. I hope I have some of the same great results as others. Thank you again 💓
Thank you for your kind comment.
Be sure to watch the follow up video that I posted last week as it has more information that you may find helpful on your weight loss journey.
Good luck and best wishes!!
I love your presentation style and positive tone!
THANK YOU!!!
Great great info Dr O! Hopefully you make more videos!
Dear Catherine,
Thank you for your kind comment.
I plan on putting out another video later this week. All the best!!
I started on Ozempic and saw my numbers improve. I started having trouble getting the med, the pharmacist suggested to Mounjaro. I started using this one my numbers got better but not much weight loss. The Mounjaro has gotten harder to get so I went back to Ozempic my numbers are going up, weight gain and glucose numbers are up too.😮
Wonderful informative video! Thank you!!
I am so glad it was helpful! Thank you for your comment!!
Hello, do you recommend these types of products for wanting to loose 20 lbs or less?
Hello! Great video! Thank you.
My question is if we can take B12 oral supplements instead of injections?
Second question is if it’s possible to lose weight if a patient stays on the 1mg without going on the 2mg dosage of Semaglutide/ Ozempic?
Thank you!
Hello, would love a reply to my questions? Thank you so much 🥰

Hi and thank you for your comment!
Be well!!
You are AMAZING! Thank you doctor!
You are so kind. Thank YOU!!
Thank you for the info!!
Hi Doctor O thnx for ur great suggestions but i lost from mounjaro and when i stopped taking i got weight more than before...what should i do
Such good information!
I simply missed your wonderful remarks.😕
I cannot tell you how happy it makes me to hear how well you are doing.
Excellent information !!!! Thank you Dr. O 🎉🎉🎉
Needed this informative. You rock Doc. 👏👏👏
I'm subscribing.
Thanks for taking time to explain more in details. Question I take injection on Fridays but told I should maybe change to Wednesday or Thursday to ensure the appetite suppression is more effective during the weekend...thoughts?
Dear motivated2010;
Thank you for your comments.
@@thedr.omethod4534 Thank you so much and yes, the explanation you provided makes sense. Blessings to you for all the work you do!
BTW I had a vertical sleeve gastrectomy 9 years ago and if I eat more than 1200 calories/day I gain weight (a side effect of weight loss surgery no one tells you about!)
I’d really appreciate some information on whether increasing my calorie intake could break my weight loss stall. I do try to get in 1000 cal/day but it can be a struggle! Thank you SO much, I just subscribed to your channel and can’t wait to see your next video❤
Dear Diann,
I really appreciate your taking the time to watch my video.
I need to know how to get my medicine being pre diabetic
This video was super helpful to me! I’ve had my theories on most of the reasons, but your professional insight confirms it for me. Thank you.
I am so delighted to hear that you found the video helpful. Thank you very much for your comment!
Are any of these for diabetic patients?
What about saxenda
Also can you talk about tge long term effects and shorter usage
This is great information. Thank you
You are amazing and informative and so beautiful. Thank you Dr.!
Hi!! Wow you are amazing!!! I am so happy that you are committed to your health.
Please talk to your doctor about your urinary frequency to make sure that it is not a sign of an underlying medical condition. Good luck with your weight lose journey!!
Thank you. Very well done!!
How about semaglutide- ozempic- and constipation?
Hi and thank you for your comment.
Unfortunately, constipation is a possible side effect of taking these medicines. As always, hydration is a wonderful and effective way to fight constipation. And, do not forget to add electrolytes to help your body hold onto the fluid you drink.
If your symptoms are severe, however, I recommend that you review your medical history with your physician as there may be other interventions that are appropriate for you.
I hope this is helpful and I wish you all the best.
I’m starting wegovy tomorrow- question for those who are doing the injections… where is the injection site? I’ve heard some say that injecting in the thigh can help avoid nausea. Thank you!
