The main thing I loved about Daredevil season 3 was that it was a complete flip of the stereotypical hero doesn't want to be a hero anymore and wants to spend time with their friends/family.

He literally made his friends think he was dead and only until he needed Foggy (to steal his wallet to get inside the prison) is when they started teaming up. and even then it was still rocky. I dont like Foggy and Karen for sorta pushing him away but he didn't start realizing it until halfway through the season. he walked off on his mom ffs lmao.

Second of all. There was going to be season 4 and 5. You are all assuming that the end of season 3 he gave up the mantle when Bullseye AND kingpin are still alive.

I love the tweak in the way DD fights this season and you can see his change of character through his fights. He’s less stylish because he’s given up being more noble, he’s not at 100% because of the damage done to him and part of him wants to die, and he’s letting more of the devil out now by being more blunt and brutal. I think DD is a masterpiece in action drama cause it shows personality and character dynamic through bloody martial arts brawls than almost anything else I’ve seen. Hopefully and wishfully, we can see more of this kind of action with comic book cinema and cinema in general
Straight facts. One of the best adapted Marvel things in the last decade. Trumps basically everything in the MCU. Best MCU Movies that I could put up there with it are Iron Man, The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, and The Winter Soldier. But Daredevil is the most real and raw thing to come out of the Marvel brand. Nothing will top it.

I've always loved how much Matt also gets his ass beaten in this show. Feels more real when the hero also takes a good amount of hits.
The Defenders is the only show where he doesn't get his ass kicked constantly lol. He was overpowered in that.
@@H.K.5 for real, the man fought 2 members of the hand at the same time and still won, take that with the fact that he defeated Murakami like it was nothing.
@@H.K.5 he was at his peak in Defenders though. Fisk and Bullseye wouldn’t have been able to handle him if he wasn’t made weaker for season 3.

I hope reborn has such fight scenes. Realistic action sequences are always preferable to me than CGI fight scenes. I love both but there's an aura in the hand to hand combat
I love how they don’t do the stereotypical American movie thing where there’s a million cuts in fight scenes. I like that they actually had to practice this a bunch to do something that is memorable

I love the pure rawness of Matt’s fights in Season 3. He doesn’t have the suit, he’s a broken man, he lost Elektra in Defenders, he willfully chose to keep Foggy and Karen at a distance for a time, and what does he truly have left? The Rage. Like that fight with Fisk in his penthouse, that Primal Scream before going headfirst? Beautiful Storytelling and build up when Fisk talked to Dex about releasing a Scream every once in a while.
The fighting is brutal and realistic compared to most superhero type stuff
The camera work for these fight scenes is just unbelievable. Fantastic work by the cameramen
I love the way they switched Charlie with his stunt double in the prison fight, if you don't play attention, you're never even gonna notice it
This season is fantastic, Matt Is not in his best shape, with no suit and with less motivation, also his senses were affected but Still very good and hard to beat, he is one of the best fighters.
Also the 3 threeway fight with Fisk and Bullseye was on point

At 10:50 how did those agents not see Matt jumping down when they go down the next flight of stairs?

each episode is an hour, all these fight scenes videos add to like a hour, and there're 39 episodes in total. In almost 40 hours of content only one hour was for action. The fact no one felt bored watching the show, speaks volumes of how brilliantly it is written and paced.
i personally like the homemade bandana suit over the actual one, not saying the real suit is bad cause it looks great. but i like that ninja look the homemade one has

In the comic book community, Daredevil definitely isn't underrated. But if you're just referring to MCU fans, then yeah, he's underrated.
man, watching him fight makes me exhausted. dd has incredible amount of stamina and durability.
Gotta give it to Fisk for being able to hold his own in this insane kung fu world by just brawling 😂

Moon Knight should've been like this but trippier and waaay more violent. Also, I kinda miss this Daredevil, the one in She-Hulk was off.
Moon knight was more focused on showing us who Marc and Steven really were, ending with showing us the existance of Jake, so now the 2 season will be more brutal, cus Jake will have the powers now

Focus more on the daredevil story
The frank castle story was amazing but it wasted the whole hand storyline
When i heard nobu and the hand appeared in the second season i wanted to focus in the biggest villainous organización that he fought
It's why i love the arrowverse shows because it still focuses on the main story and made it entertaining and why love jessica jones because it focuses on jessicas story and doesn't put too much time on luke cage
But for daredevil season 2 right as i got
to episode 5 and they introduced elektra it felt off
Punisher part was good, i hate part about hand and ninja thing i was like, the hell? Where's the rest of Punisher and DD's justice debate?! I want more!
@@stalkernight8146 I completely agree, I just didn't care about any of the stupid ninja crap that went on in that season, and Elektra just seemed like she was there for sex appeal. Karen Page was a much better heroine, I thought.
I usually watch episodes 1, 2, 3, 4 and 13, and skip the rest of the season
Honestly, while the ninja subplot could have worked, they just didn't do a great job setting it up, and they DEFINITELY did not integrate it at all with the Frank Castle storyline, which just makes the season feel very uncohesive.
The Writers had a whole Background story for Madame Gao & especially Nobu, WHY he does what he does, but The Marvel TV Director, jeph loeb, said to them: "Nobody gives a sh- about Asian Characters" and ordered to forfeit that two storylines COMPLETLEY. He said several times: "Do not Write about Madame Gao & Nobu".

With all the beatings he takes, this poor Daredevil wouldn't be able to hunt down the criminals more than one night a month without getting his head completely swollen. Fortunately he is more skilled in the comics to fight
Why did daredevil struggle a lot in those fight scenes
Because he's not as strong as he was in the previous seasons. Matt is at his weakest in s3 since he's just recovered from his injuries, so he's a bit slow here.
It was so infuriating that Matt went from taking on 5 ninjas with swords at a time and half-winning, to being at the mercy of a single common street thug.

Also, he was trying to kill himself because he taught he deserved it.
Two episodes later he dismantles and entire team of FBI operatives.
The fights are very good but it's a stupid idea to use the design of the hood completely closed over the eyes of the mediocre John Romita Jr. It's so stupid, it's like having a banner: "I'm Blind". The worst part is that it doesn't seem to shock any viewer/reader. The choice of actor for the character of the Punisher, made me drop out of the series.
The punisher is the only reason id ever watch this show.
