So many people saying Sam and Bucky were too harsh on John for "doing his job" are clearly missing the point. It's not just a "job" when the government decided to step over Sam's initial decision to leave the shield and title of Captain America behind as part of Steve's memory. It's not John's "job" to treat Sam and Bucky like they're nobodies all acting like they're just wingman, or an "asset" from Hydra when the two have done their part as Avengers in saving the world. John had to know and do better than that if he wanted to be Captain America. True, the Flagsmashers were idiots, but just because John had sympathetic qualities, doesn't mean he wasn't in the wrong either and the show still redeems him anyway. Excusing someone for just "doing their job" on behalf of a scummy government is exactly why the Nazis were even a thing.

The mind stone chose to imbue Wanda (natural born witch) with Chaos magic. So in theory she can do anything she puts her mind to. Which is stated in the comics. The Scarlet Witchs' limiation is only her imagination.
