Maybe all of you have already realized this, but in MoM not a single one could defeat Wanda/Scarlet Witch, not even Wong or Strange after using the Darkhold, the movie ended because she snapped out of the Darkhold’s control thanks to 836 Wanda and her sons. No one defeated her, she just surrendered. It’s a nice detail to see how OP she really is.
i like how the MCU showcases her powers when she’s a villain. after age of ultron, her powers sort of just diminished to “throwing red energy” and sometimes telekinesis. but in age of ultron, wandavision, and multiverse of madness, she starts using her mind manipulation and other scarier powers again. like while she was an avenger, she was holding back her true strength.

You know what I always loved about Wanda's powers, her hand movements, it's not just some swinging her hands around or like she's throwing a ball or thrusting her hands out, she moves them accordingly and precisely, actually focusing on conjuring up something instead of wildly throwing out blasts.

It’s interesting to consider what Vision would think if he saw her now. He has such high morals, and Wanda’s actions go against all of his values. But at the same time, he just loves her so unconditionally … I’d like to think he’d forgive her. Perhaps when (not if, WHEN) they reunite, they’ll have a talk about it. Wanda will certainly need to do a lot to redeem herself after this, but i believe she can do it because she’s always had a good heart deep down. While the Darkhold doesn’t completely absolve her because it wasn’t full-on brainwashing like Bucky went through, it still brought out the worst in her by amplifying her anger. Vision will most likely understand that. I wonder if they’ll go the amnesia route from the comics; Wanda’s head injuries from the mountain collapsing on her will cause her to forget Vision and all her pain, but he will relentlessly go after her and try to make her remember. Considering how his memories were suppressed and then restored by Hex Vision, it’d be an interesting role reversal for them, with Vision now being the active pursuer trying to mend their relationship.

I doubt the rocks that formed the temple of the Scarlet Witch could kill the Scarlet Witch, let alone rocks in general. in 7:35 I think Wanda's facial expression here is like "Is this the right thing?" or like "Am I doing anything wrong?" Her expression felt like she's somehow questioning her doings or maybe regretting her doings. I just like that small detail that brings the character more likeable

Omg I was ballllling crying in the movie and so was my husband. We lost our baby girl and didn't realize this movie would have sooo much grief for lost kids. now I understand how Wanda won Captain Marvel... she is such a battle genius.. you could see Wanda later was sucking her power.. and then unleashed it back to captain marvel... so basically captain marvel was blown away by her own power and what's scary is.. at that moment not much power left in captain marvel's body, which made her fail to be protected from the hit of that statue. The thing is she became the Villain but really of anyones to blame it’s the other heroes she lost and continues to lose everything and everyone she loves and they’ve never done much to help her deal with it: After Pietro’s death Cap America and Hawkeye became substitute brothers/dad like figures - both decided to leave her to have their own happiness. Black widow became like a sister and close friend (died) White Vision got all his memories restored and didn’t think she needs help. After Westview Dr Strange was made aware and only decided to reach out when he realised he was way out powered by demons and witchcraft. She’s is rightfully annoyed at him and she’s right he’s a hypocrite he gave up the time stone which made her have to watch Vision die again. He gave the time stone to save Tony (who was responsible for her parents death) if he had have disappeared with the time stone and he came to stop her destroying the mind stone he rage would have put her powers on overdrive like when Pietro died and probably would have killed Thanos. Even in Endgame she was the only one who actually scared him.
Im seeing alot of problems here. Wanda is not the center of the universe. The events of infinity war and endgame happened and the heros did what they did best, defeat the threat and protect the defenseless. It wasn't black widows choice to die but it needed to happen so they could fulfill their duty. Dr strange saw many different outcomes of the war with only one true way to win which was giving up the time stone. Tony has unintentionally killed her parents, but that was because he didnt know about the damage those weapons were doing. Wanda knows his true intentions and knows he wants to be better. He seeks redemption and if wanda cant handle that then she cant have redemption Cap and Hawkeye were already broken and deserved happiness. They had their own lives to live and wanda wasnt in it. Each hero also had they're own demons to fight so of course they were alway occupied, but if wanda rook the rime and actually spoke to one of them im pretty sure theyd listen especially tony. All in all. Wanda can put blame alot of things. I honestly i feel for her, but the heros are the last ones to blame. they didnt leave her because they hate her or didn't care about her, they're gone for other reasons out of their control.
Besides her raw power she's also smart. She's always been quick witted. During her fight with agatha, she used the vanishing/teleportation spell agatha used. She quickly, memorized the runes she just saw in a very short time. She's like doctor strange but honestly strange was really nerfed to let wanda shine. I still think he can deal with wanda it's just that the writer mafe her too powerful.

She didn't have to memorize the runes, that's the whole deal with her powers, as Agatha explained. A normal witch like Agatha had to learn spells, to do incantations, while Wanda can simply will her powers to do what she wants. She didn't need to memorize those runes, she just had to will her magic into making them.
Btw people in case ya'll haven't figured it out. Scarlet witch faked her death but wanda will be back whenever she will be suffering on the inside tho due to the guilt n prob wanting clint or caps advice on how to deal with the pain
She's still holding back here, Elizabeth Olsen said the writers/director need to nerf her by only making her dream walking almost the entire movie but it could be much lethal if the Scarlet Witch itself fought illuminati, Strang & Wong. It just lacks of fight between strange, I personally think Strange can fight Wanda after gaining the power of Vishanti so its bad book vs good book thing, I wonder what would be the fight look like. Could have been much better rather than watching America Chaves running the whole movie.

An overlooked detail is how the leader of S.W.O.R.D knew Wanda could bring vision back to life? I guess they used context clues after the endgame battle with the feats of the infinity gauntlet as they cataloged she got her powers via the mind stone. The mind stone chose to imbue Wanda (natural born witch) with Chaos magic. So in theory she can do anything she puts her mind to. Which is stated in the comics. The Scarlet Witchs' limiation is only her imagination.
Craazy how powerful Wanda was in this movie! It'd be really fun to see other MCU characters get the same OP treatment at one point or another, especially ones that have been kept weak for plot purposes like Vision.
If I have Wanda's power of chaos and the dark power of Darkhold in the evil book, I can become a more terrifying person than Wanda, and then call myself "Crimson Devil" and build my own dark empire, rule all demons and monsters, and become the ruler of darkness.

now I understand how Wanda won Captain Marvel... she is such a battle genius.. you could see Wanda later was sucking her power.. and then unleashed it back to captain marvel... so basically captain marvel was blown away by her own power and what's scary is.. at that moment not much power left in captain marvel's body, which made her fail to be protected from the hit of that statue. Wanda is crazily smart.

The thing is she became the Villain but really of anyones to blame it’s the other heroes she lost and continues to lose everything and everyone she loves and they’ve never done much to help her deal with it:
After Pietro’s death Cap America and Hawkeye became substitute brothers/dad like figures - both decided to leave her to have their own happiness.
Black widow became like a sister and close friend (died)
White Vision got all his memories restored and didn’t think she needs help.
After Westview Dr Strange was made aware and only decided to reach out when he realised he was way out powered by demons and witchcraft. She’s is rightfully annoyed at him and she’s right he’s a hypocrite he gave up the time stone which made her have to watch Vision die again. He gave the time stone to save Tony (who was responsible for her parents death) if he had have disappeared with the time stone and he came to stop her destroying the mind stone he rage would have put her powers on overdrive like when Pietro died and probably would have killed Thanos. Even in Endgame she was the only one who actually scared him.
Im seeing alot of problems here. Wanda is not the center of the universe. The events of infinity war and endgame happened and the heros did what they did best, defeat the threat and protect the defenseless. It wasn't black widows choice to die but it needed to happen so they could fulfill their duty.
Dr strange saw many different outcomes of the war with only one true way to win which was giving up the time stone.
Tony has unintentionally killed her parents, but that was because he didnt know about the damage those weapons were doing. Wanda knows his true intentions and knows he wants to be better. He seeks redemption and if wanda cant handle that then she cant have redemption
Cap and Hawkeye were already broken and deserved happiness. They had their own lives to live and wanda wasnt in it.
Each hero also had they're own demons to fight so of course they were alway occupied, but if wanda rook the rime and actually spoke to one of them im pretty sure theyd listen especially tony.

She didn't have to memorize the runes, that's the whole deal with her powers, as Agatha explained. A normal witch like Agatha had to learn spells, to do incantations, while Wanda can simply will her powers to do what she wants. She didn't need to memorize those runes, she just had to will her magic into making them.

The mind stone chose to imbue Wanda (natural born witch) with Chaos magic.
So in theory she can do anything she puts her mind to.
Which is stated in the comics. The Scarlet Witchs' limiation is only her imagination.
