Heard battery life is not very good. Can someone offer an average amount of time the battery lasts, knowing that everyone's use case is different, just a few examples? Thanks.
I'm a body tech, so I don't use it too consistently, but I do some wrenching on my own. I've had a set of batteries in it for 3 years without it dying so far. I'm sure if it's on constantly that it would burn through batteries quicker than the average meter with the big LCD display though
You will need a 7 year warranty cos it will take that long to pay for, also have the leads been changed for decent ones as you would expect at this price. Thanks
@@blaineturner1434 As everyone who has been on a Snap on van knows you pay a large amount more money just to say you own Snapon tools which was fine when they were all made to an high quality in the USA,I have today bought the top of the range meter from a Snapon dealer at a vastly reduced price and yes the leads are not good quality.
Is there anyway to set meter power on time so the reminder beeper doesnt make you want to throw it? It drives me nuts when it starts beeping after being on a few minutes. I don't use this much because of that. My fluke is always first but like the large display better on snap on meter. Is there a way to make default setting for beeper?
I have one of these meters and cannot find anyone to buy it off me. The screen looks cool but washes out in any light. The auto shut off is annoying Eats 9v batteries alive and changing them is a bitch. I go through one battery about every to cars. The Bluetooth feature is a joke and has no support! $100 Autel 539b kicks this things ass everyday
Was trying to buy fluke 88 and snap on guy recommended this one
I just got one, look great and i hope work ok for the next 20 Years hahahaha

How do you even change the battery is this device??

It's the price of a fluke, if you're looking for a high end meter then price isn't even a concern. You want cheap, go to harbor freight or home depot

Its a few hundred dollars for a top shelf piece of electrical equipment
It’s cheaper than the high end flukes and goes to 1000v which is fine. Leads aswell what are you on about

Did you figure this out mate?
This is suspiciously similar to a Kaiweets model from Amazon, for 15x the price of course
How many more features does the advanced one has vs this one? and is the display the same size?
I think the only difference is the advanced has bluetooth
To bad it didn't have an oscope.
Is this good for hybrid and EV applications compared to a standalone hybrid multimeter?
Is it good to find parasitic draws
You want an Amp Hound for that
Quiero uno que costo tiene
