You got this girlfran!!! Proud of you!
We are proud of you! / True fan from Sweden
Anyone else read this in Weylie's voice? Lol
@@funxuyilee1417 meeeee!! haahhahah had to!
Hi!!! Sik fon!!! 😁
Yum cha ahhhhh!!! Yum mat-cha ahhhhh!!! 🍵
As a fan and as a respiratory therapist, I am so so SO proud of you. Quitting smoking of any kind is so hard. You got this. We are rooting for you!! ❤❤❤
that's really cool that you went three weeks without the vape. Just a bit longer and you will have broken the habit and started forming new associations, maybe also feeling more of the benefits and joys of not vaping. and even if it doesn't stick forever, it will adjust your brain - there will be neurological paths that know some of the joy of not having the vape. and over time they will build up and reduce your interest and help to wear away at your addiction. I speak as an ex smoker. xxx
I can’t wait for when that time comes. Thank you for sharing. appreciate it 🙏🏼
SOPHIA!!!! Congratulations for quitting smoking, congratulations for staying disciplined. This is exactly what I needed to hear this week. I just started weight lifting, walking 7-10k steps, & going on calorie deficit. And damn it’s been HARD. But I also never wanna go through this mental & emotional process ever again. So thank you for being vulnerable with us. ❤
Girl this is actually insane because I had watched your vlog when you were still vaping, and I myself was vaping too. It really resonated with me because I knew that I eventually will need to quit but I kept convincing myself that I will wait until I’m in a better place. Your video was in the back of my head and one day I realized “technically” I will never be in the right place to quit. Now I’m 25 days nic free! Seeing that you came to the same realization, as well as your thoughts of why you should keep going is the EXACT way I feel right now. We got this just know it will get easier and easier. And think about this: when we vape we are only craving for the satisfaction of what a non-smoker feels. Having some urges and cravings is not worth a life long of constant cravings when vaping. I downloaded the vape free app and that’s helped me learn so much and be involved in a community so I highly recommend it❤
Wow, congratulations Shaylah! The timing of this is pretty crazy, but it’s comforting to know that you’re on this journey with me. Thanks for the recommendation. I’ll def check out that app. Keep up the amazing work. I’m so so proud of you!! We got this!! ❤
😂
He's a keeper. That miso cod porridge is out here looking Michelin Star.
That’s what I’m saying!!
For real 😂
@@sophiachang Wait, but actually. That looks too good to not share. Recipe??
That husky wall sleep. Too classic. Felizidades on your journey walking away from vaping. Love from Colombia 🇨🇴
I can’t wait for you to see/feel all of the amazing benefits of quitting vaping! There’s something so peaceful about conquering these addictions. I’ve learned that removing my addictions from my dwelling places (home, work, car) give me no choice but to live without it. Some days I’m not mentally strong enough to stop but if I don’t have access to my addictions than I can’t take part in it without going out of my way to start find it and start again… and if I ever begin that process than usually I can talk myself back out of it before I start it again. We are our own worst enemies most days but our mind is so powerful and we absolutely have the will power and strength to say no and take our life back.
I appreciate your candidness so much. It was helpful for me to hear your thoughtful perspective on the quitting experience
so proud of you Sophia! been watching you for years and I truly am inspired by how much you work to better yourself, in all areas of life! idk if you remember but I finally created my first few visual stories I said I was making because of you! sending you so much love always
🥺 I appreciate you. Thank you!!
21 Days is such a huge accomplishment.. you got this!
I love the aesthetic of these vlogs! It always motivates me to pick up my vlog cam.
Your blogs help me relax, they are so therapeutic
I hope your relationship is happy and healthy too Soph. So proud of you ❤️
Amazing job, Soph!!! Your spirit already feels so much lighter and brighter. And it’s reflected in your vlogs 🤍 Rooting for you!
Thank you so much!! 🙏🏼🤍
Keep making videos!! Love the aesthetics to your home. Your videos are so calming. And thanks for sharing your struggles … makes us feel more human to not just share the pretty things… and connect on a diff level. And you got this!! Congrats on 21 days 😊
I'm so happy for you!! Stopping smoking is a big deal!! I will keep you in my prayers!
Omggg soph I’m at the exact place that you were at with vaping and I’ve been thinking about quitting for a while too. It being an extension of my arm and just constantly wanting to other than when I’m sleeping or can’t get away from work or showering is seriously so relatable. It’s just validating the level that you’re were at and seeing that it’s possible is really encouraging for me to take that step. Thanks for being so candid about your journey!
It’s definitely possible!! It’s not easy, but I know you got this!!! 👊🏼
u're glowing sophie!! so proud of u for being on this journey. its really not easy for any kind of addiction!! Cheering u on from singaporeee!
I’ve been a long time viewer but never commented, and just wanted to say CONGRATS ON QUITTING NICOTINE!! I was also addicted to my vape, used it every 30 seconds unless I was sleeping or working out (I even took it in the bath with me) and was a addicted to cigarettes for 10 years before that. I’m on day 27 no vape, using 2 pieces of nicorette gum per day. I’m 100% the person who also says “if I can do it, anyone can” but I know from personal experience how hard of a journey you’re on. Keep on crushing it one day at a time - you got this!!!
Ahh thank you Clare 🥺🙏🏼
27 days is a huge accomplishment. We love to hear it! Keep going strong bbgirl 💕✨
@@sophiachang Same to you girl! Day 33 going strong. We GOT this.
You house is so nice !!! It’s feel so cosy and clean 😍
Sophia! Normally I am critical of your sponsorships/uploads, but this one is great. Such a good vlog with a mixture of content; the sponsorship makes SO much sense, and the brand is so fitting and tailored to your aesthetic and vision. Also congrats on 21 days! xx
Today marks 1 month & 1 week sober from vaping as well. Thank you for inspiring me to follow a healthier version of me, as well. I’m still having feelings of anxiety. Next step, therapy ❤
I cant with how much i LOVE your videos
Proud of you Sophie!!!! 21days is an achievement, keep on pressing ❤❤❤ and you’ll be hitting 365days real soon! I love that cozy hug your partner did to you and that warm congee, awww I’m so happy for you

So proud of you girl! I’m on day 20 and it’s been going good.
Addictions are wild and I'm glad you are staying strong to overcome yours!
wow those Castlery pieces are SO BEAUTIFUL
Also you got this girl!!!!!! we are rooting for you
You're such an inspiration, Soph! ✨ Love watching all your vlogs! So proud of you!
I just quit smoking weed about 3 weeks ago and I completely relate to what you're going through. So far my biggest obstacle has been sleeping, I cannot get myself to sleep like before and you're right my motivation has been to never let myself feel like this again. We thought life was good when we're in that habit but it will be even better without it.
im cheering you on so hard Sophia! i wanna grow old with you, you're my favorite vlogger
I’m so proud! 🎉❤ You got this look at all you have accomplished over the years. To me seeing your accomplishments, you can do anything that you want! You are one of the first RUclipsrs I watched many many years ago. You have always inspired me. Your video quality and just content was definitely way ahead of our time. Your editing skills and content are awesome! I wish you all the luck on your journey. I am on my own and this spoke volumes to me. Thank you! ❤💜 💕😍
Thank you so much Tiffany 🙏🏼🥺🤍
@@sophiachang No problem! Thank you for sharing!
21 DAYS, YAAAAS KWEEN. I relapsed recently, but ty for the motivation 👊
a while back you where talking about quitting the vape and at that time i was smoking aswell, but you wanting to quit inspired me and i've been free from smoking for half a year now :) What made it easier for me was that i quit at a time when i was sick (just a cold with sore throat), so i didnt smoke my daily dose and i thought there was no better time to quit than then lol
i love your videos! you are a true inspiration
So proud of you Sophie! Keep up the great work! I love following along your journey. Sending you all the love! ❤❤
My brother smoked cigarettes since the age of 15 (it was a different time in the 90's). Happy to say he finally quit 1000% at thw age of 33. He had tried multiple times and failed before succeeding. But it is possible and we are all rooting for you Soph!! He even HATES the smell of cigarettes and no longer needs the vape in place of cigarettes. Wishing you well❤️
So freaking proud of you for taking this step of quitting! I’ve been a follower of yours for YEARS and I know it’s been a struggle, but the fact that you’re not giving up is inspiring. Take it day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute and celebrate the small wins ❤
Thank you so much for sharing and I’m loving these furniture….will definitely be checking them out 😊
I feel your pain. I promise you it gets better! Stay strong!

I've been considering stopping as well. It's such a hard step and I know you and I can both do it. Thanks for sharing with us and we're rooting for you!
“My word is everything” I need this as a wallpaper 😍
You’ve got this, Sophia! 21 days is an INCREDIBLE accomplishment. 🙌🤘
Thanks so much Matthew! 👊🏼🙏🏼
so aesthetic ☺️
Ooohhh that nano second of asmr!! We need another asmr video from you! Maybe a maternal asmr with Jen? 😍😍
Also congrats on 21 days vape free! When i was quitting, i told myself out loud, “I’m killing myself by smoking this. You really want to leave your family, your friends and your dog behind? Why shorten your life with them because you’re dependent on this little stick?”
Sure, i crashed sometimes but this method, a bit morbid, helped me 😂😂
I smoked cigarettes for 7 years before i decided to quit. I always kept some sort of healthy snack around me (especially in the car) to simulate putting my hand to my mouth. Its been 2.5 years now and to this day i still don’t have my smell 100% back, but I FEEL so much better and working out is so much easier. Quitting is so hard, but its so worth it 🖤 whenever you feel yourself slipping, just think of how rewarding it will be years from now
I am so very happy for your 21-day quit progress. Keep going!!! I am a tobacco prevention coordinator, and quit attempts are not easy but necessary for improved mental and physical health. FDA approved nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) options and cognitive behavioral therapy are beneficial (evidence-based) to sustained quitting. Wishing you all the best on your journey. Be kind to yourself and others.
All of her videos are literal art!
I’m so proud of you Sophie it’s the hardest thing to do quit I’m 24 years of alcohol and yes you don’t want to do your first 12 months again just keep going your life will get better in so many ways you don’t even dream of love you girl
Great job Sophia!!! It’s really not easy making huge changes but you did it and you’ll continue to go strong! Thank you for always sharing how you constantly find ways to move forward and to a better you. It inspires me to do the same too! ❤
Your videos are always amazing! Love you and your channel!!
I love your determination! You go Soso! 🙌🏽 Btw those pieces in your home look so good! I dream of having a home as aesthetically pleasing as yours one day😍
Being strong and maybe even boring is much better than become dependent of others opinion.
Keep going!💪Shake off your weaknesses!
Your content is so soothing 😊
making a public commitment has been proven to be a great motivating factor!
sending love and support in your journey and remember every minute you go without it is a step you’re taking towards a healthier life ❤
YEAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!
We are so proud of you sweetheart. Cheers to new beginning Sophia ❤️
even though I don't smoke but I feel like im going through this with you. that is how personal your videos have been to me. rooting for you, as always.
Of wow Soph! I’m glad you told about your addiction with smoking! Literally, I didn’t know you were going through that issue. Dealing with the same issue right now with weed & alcohol. Much better now with alcohol but somehow a bit difficult with the weed section, cause like you said, it makes you feel productive like somehow you have a good “chill routine” 😅 Eventually realised how slow i’ve become heh heh so ya hopefully I’ll get to fully conquer this 💪🏽 You too, go gurl
I'm so proud of you Sophia!!!!
Good to hearing you are quitting the smoking already 💪🏼
You look wonderful. So happy you have someone special in your life. I hope I am able to kick “sugar” and stay strong - your words resonated within me and my own “sugar” addiction. 🥰
Love your videos! And I love seeing you eating a swedish delicacy, Semla. We have a whole day dedicated to the Semla if you didn't know. Now it's more of a whole season dedicated to it lol
Always looking forward to new videos!! So inspiring and incredible quality 🤗
Your videos are actual ART❤
Your home looks so put together! ❤ the floors!
So proud of you! Congrats on the 21 days
I have been waiting for your video. I just took a deep breath cos it’s here . ❤
Congratulations Sophia! We are more strong and capable than we often give ourselves credit for.. :3
I've been smoking marijuana for a long time and while I've known for awhile that I should stop (since it consumes my time money and negatively impacts my breathing) I didn't really WANT to stop. Even with all the bad I was experiencing with it. Just recently I found out I'm pregnant! The day I found out I knew I was going to have to give it up. I wanted one more day, which sounds silly. :p I gave myself the one more day, but found I didnt want it. Now, since its not about me and it became bigger than myself, I've hardly struggled with wanting to go back to smoking, thankfully!! My baby is a blessing and in a way is helping me to facilitate the changes I've been meaning to make in my life for a long time.
Congratulations on 21 days, Sophia, bravooo!
so proud of you!! excited for your new journey 💫
