The thing I love about Michelle is that while she does workout and prioritize her health, she still eats whatever she wants and doesn’t hide that fact from us. She did go workout and but didn’t go home to make a smoothie, she went to shakeshack and ate exactly what she was craving. Makes me feel so much better about how I eat and reminds me that you can still be healthy without forcing yourself to not eat what you like or crave
This is exactly how girls should think. As long as you feel comfortable and are in good health no matter what size you are. There is no reason to change for ANYONE or ANYTHING.
Literally! and she’s such a helpful influencer to me and many people who are trying to recover from eating disorders because she doesn’t have restrictive behaviours that i used to copy from so many current influencers. I love her.
She said that she’s trying to gain weight so when you eat in a surplus you’re more likely to gain weight/muscle depending if she weight lifts. This is not me hating tho, I love Michelle!!
Esther is that kind of friend who’s just naturally a good influence.

I recently started living alone ! And my schedule was so fucked up. And it’s my first time learning how to cook ! I don’t get to eat food on time . I’m learning Korean too! (For the first time) but Asian Society has language classes up to advanced where you probably are, and I think they have a location in NY. I actually met a girl in my class with a little puffy sweater and we bonded about you! So it’s fun meeting others while learning the language 🤍🤍

@@pm6449 you do have to pay, but tutors have very different rates based on experience, so you can definitely find something affordable - I've seen some rates go as low as $8 USD / hour!
