Der Prompter ist großartig, und ich nutze ihn selbst! Ich habe viele tolle Feedbacks bekommen, weil ich den Menschen direkt in die Augen schauen kann. Das macht enorm viel aus und kann ich jedem empfehlen.
After you loosen the ballhead to connect it to the prompter, how do you get the ballhead flush again so the camera isn't at an angle? Because not only did you not do it at 1:34, I can't figure out how to do it myself. Most ballheads have a spot that keeps it completely straight by using a notch, but the multipiece design means this one doesn't. The only way I can see to do it is to eyeball it, which, if you look at 1:34 of your own video, you'll see that's considerably harder to do. For a light, like the Keylight, that's not really an issue. For a camera, it absolutely needs to be level and parallel to the desk.
6:29 shows 3D printing - but the link doesn’t get you there. Where can we grab the files for that? A shame this doesn’t come with a plate for my Elgato facecam, but if I can print one for a precise fit then I’m happy.
I’m interested in the pieces seen at timestamp 2:24 that appear to be supporting the promoter from below when hooked onto front of camera. I’d like to leave the entire setup in place for extended period of time and that looks perfect to support the arrangement. Please let me know. Thanks.
Your video is very good, but it doesn't tell you how to connect the Elgato Facecam Pro to the Prompter. There is no place to connect it. Please help me. Leonard
The USB connection with Facecam Pro is the same regardless of how it's mounted. ruclips.net/video/fm_pZchuOJw/видео.html Prompter connects over USB to your PC or Mac. And your webcam connects to your PC or Mac separately. The camera does not connect to Prompter, it merely is mounted onto it.
@@ElgatoWorkshop But my computer does not have a micro connector on it, which is what the prompter seems to require. So I guess I will have to get a micro USB to regular USB adapter or am I missing something? Thank you very much.
Prompter includes a Type-A to Type-C cable, so it can be used on almost any modern PC with standard rectangular Type-A USB port. Facecam Pro includes a Type-C to Type-C cable, but it can be used with a Type-A to Type-C cable. Type-C is the newer reversible/flippable connector. None of our devices use MicroUSB.

is it compatible with a sony zv-e10, the 16-50 lens?
What is the price? :) My camera has about 79 mm lense/frame, does it fit?
EDIT: I checked your site, it works, I use Razer Kiyo Pro Ultra.

So for Logitech C922 the camera check says the power light might be visible. Can it be blocked with tape or something?
Does Elgato prompter work with the Lumix G7 camera with 25MM micro four thirds lens?

Hi Aly,
Those are two pieces, our Heavy Clamp and our Flex Arm kits. We simply put them together when mounting it onto Master Mount L.
