    Moin, Moin Jungs,
    wieder ein wunderbares Video welches den Fundus der zu trainierenden Übungen bereichert. Werde beim nächsten Gruppentraining einige der gezeigten mit in den Trainingsplan einbeziehen. Wenn ich mir einen Rat erlauben darf - so wäre es sicherlich für viele sehr sinnvoll, jede der gezeigten Übungen mit einem Namens-Untertitel zu beschriften. Dies würde die Aufnahme in den Trainingsplan erleichtern. Ist doch unser Calisithenics-Training sehr reichhaltig und die Möglichkeiten der Übungserweiterungen mannigfaltig. Ich für meinen Teil vergesse bis zum nächsten Tag gerne die ein oder andere Übung die ich ausprobieren wollte... (aufschreiben hilft)
    Danke Euch für den geistigen Input
    sportliche Grüße von uns Kw´er Calisthenicern

    The options with calisthenics are endless!! At home I usually stick to pull-ups, hanging leg raises, push-ups and (pistol) squats. For fancier stuff, I hit the bars at a local playground :-)

    I recently stumbled onto your RUclips channel. I've been doing calisthenics for seven months. I had a question for you regarding pistol squats from your home workout video. I can do them, but my left leg is weaker. I struggle somewhat. Would you recommend doing more reps or perhaps holding onto a weight while squatting on my weaker leg to try and build up more strength? Looking forward to your future videos. Keep up the good work! Thank you from California!

    • @calimove
      @calimove  11 лет назад +1

      Hard to tell because i don't know how great the difference is. Most people have one side (leg, arm) who is a little bit stronger. But if the differecne is really big i would say you have to focus more on your weaker leg. Do more reps, maybe a little bit more sets. Increase your Training volume/intensitiy and techniqes. But do it bit by bit and watch what happens.

    mal wieder n cooles video
    hab beim trainieren jetzt n problem
    hab ne zeitlang normale pullups gemacht und jetzt komm ich nicht weiter deshalb wollte ich mal mehr chin ups machen und jetzt merke ich dass ich mit mühe und not 10 chinups hinbekomm obwohl ich sonst bei pullups um die 15 schaff
    außerdem hab ich in letzter zeit vermehrt richtig beschissene trainings bei denen ich nur 50% von meiner normalen leistung schaffe
    habt ihr da irgendwelche tipps um da weiter zu kommen?
    danke

    • @calimove
      @calimove  11 лет назад

      Ein Leistungsabfall könnte mehrere Gründe haben. Am wahrscheinlichsten ist aber das du zu viel machst und dein Körper sich nicht erhohlen kann. Strukturiere dein Training mal richtig durch und fokusiere dich auf deine Ziele. Weniger kann manchmal mehr sein. Es muss nicht in jedem Training bis zum umfallen trainiert werden.

    When I do the exercise at 01:33 I feel hard pain in my elbow. But when I do some other push exercises, I don't feel pain. I am 15 years old. What is the main reason?

    • @lahu8965
      @lahu8965 10 лет назад

      it could be many things but if you feel pain in elbow while training, stop it. It´s better to stop for a few weeks and start again later than break something and have to rest several month

    • @roviccuacoyes4924
      @roviccuacoyes4924 10 лет назад

      maybe you have an injured elbow, but that exercise is the bodyweight tricep extension, the one in the video is really hard the lower the harder, maybe your triceps are in pain not your elbows. but wish you great luck man.!
