Super!!! Add a few trampoline push ups and tricep dips and it's full body!!! Will complement my resistance training so well! Especially when I can't jump rope inside in the winter... Very anxious to try it! Thanks!
This was my FIRST rebounder workout! What a great intro to this discipline. For an advanced fitness person, I got a great burn. The workout was easy to follow and stuck to effective over complicated. Thank you!🥳

I’m not going to lie. Trampoline is definitely the hardest workout for me. I had to psych myself up to do it yesterday. Soooo glad that I did! It was incredible! I felt so fantastic afterwards!!! Thanks Michelle….

I think you’ll lose as many calories as any other exercise over this duration. It’s all about combining with a low calorie, healthy diet too. The bonuses for your body, inside and out are endless ❤
