Hey brother Kent Trivia- My wife is who invented Chili Cheese Fries! Not joking. When she was in high school and worked at Wienerschnitzel, they had a contest for nee menu item using ingredients each store already had. Tina submitted Chili Cheese Fries. She won! Wienerschnitzel added Chili Cheese Fries to their menu nationwide! All she got was a certificate. God bless!

Hey Kent! I recently found your channel and followed your instructions and recommendations. My first cast iron pan was a cheap Ozark Trail pan. It beats my more expensive Teflon pans in nonstick. I cooked three eggs this morning and almost didn’t need a spatula. So thank you for everything! I love your channel. Cast iron forever!

since getting mom one of your cookbooks for her birthday, i told her we are going to try loaded tater tots. tater tots done with crispy bacon, ground, then shredded mild cheddar, sour cream, and chives. mom cant get enough. told her i got the idea from watching this video, and me right now i am sitting down to bacon and cheddar on tater tots.
by the way, mom LOVES the cook book, and i seen her eyes light up when she saw you signed it.

I have been watching this channel nonstop money is tight right now I haven't ate in 4 days, looking forward to eventually trying these recipes!
If you don't have a smoker you can find a favorite smoked cheese sold in your area or add a small splash of liquid smoke. Haven"t a smoker so made a cheese sauce with smoked chedder and other chesses tasted great with a hint of smoke.
Oh Kent I envy you being able to cook in 29 degree weather today. It’s like -5 and I had to take a hammer to my porch to break the sheet of ice on the way to my grill

This is a fantastic dish for those guys!! You get their attention with tater tots and meat makes them stand up and when you say cheese sauce they will be doing their own jig and tear up when they hear crispy bacon!!😂 my son was grinning ear to ear with this one! Great recipe Kent, I started making my tater tots in the form of a disc ( saw that on food network), bout the size of a quarter, 1/8 th thick , they fry, bake, etc... better, flip turn once, easy to cook

Wygu beef tallah is great! Use it for tots and fries. Also use it as a binder on brisket when adding seasoning before smoking it. Makes the brisket juicy.
That's a good idea I'ma try it.
You might try a price to taste comparison, most folks I have seen say it isn't worth the price compared to just regular tallow or self rendered tallow at home.
