I don’t get why companies moving towards subscription based service? I would only subscribe if it’s absolutely accurate and scientifically backed up. I would rather do twice a year body composition scan instead to get accurate BC.
wierd, bmi is completely off, the features are limiting, the subscription isnt worth it. its awkward to scan, cant log in on profile. not sure about the accuracy of the readings. The ideal body goals option is completely inaccurate and strange.

But a BMI that the user have to interpret that is misleading does not make any sens , it is hilarious for a device supposed to track all your mesurement but not able to do a proper calculation of the most basic of all , the BMI . Got mine yesterday , paired successfully but have been unable to get a measurement after 20 attempts. Just sent an email to support but my immediate impression is STAY AWAY.
Yes I did this review quite a while ago and have heard since that Customer Service has been really problematic, and I don't know if they've updated things to work with current operating system!
Bought one last week but have been unable to take a measurement. Every time I try I receive a battery drained error message. Have changed the battery several times, have you had this issue? Any tips?
Or you can get a DEXA scan every 6 months that’s 100% accurate for the same price and not have another device that’s duplicate from so many other devices now.
AURA is a ripoff, spent 200.00 on an Aura pulse, and the most basic essential feature DOESN"T WORK. Bluetooth pairing on 2 new samsung phones does not work. I wouldn't trust anything they sell.

There are still people would want to use whoop instead of Garmin. And that is how they can make money.......
I completely agree - it's frustrating. Maybe free device and one year for $10/mth is good, but not double tax. Totally agree.

Ditched my whoop because of the sub fee so this will be a no go for me. Plus my gym has a Inbody scanner for $10 so no point.

Oh gosh I don't know. It was a little glitchy for me but I didn't experience that. I would reach out to the company for a replacement

Dexa scan is not 100% accurate try again.
