    It's all about fun for me as well !
    My next purchase will be a Cleveland Smart sole 58* Wedge !
    Conforming ok - might give something like that Wedge a go - why not !

    I purchased this exact club yesterday, waiting for it to arrive...didn't want too much loft so opted for the 54' as i'd rather manipulate a 54 than go with something like a 58' or 60'. Hoping its as fun as it looks. Great review by the way...will subscribe!

    I’m an artist blacksmith and the fact that their logo is an anvil is good enough a reason for me to look for this brand.
    It look like it performs exactly as advertised.

    I play with guys all the time that throw hissy fits if you got any game improvement clubs like this . But who cares were not on the PGA tour lol i have a training grip on my driver

    • @Golf_H
      @Golf_H 10 месяцев назад

      I think people would have a case to have a hissy fit if you're playing for money or if you're playing in HC club competition as they give you an advantage.
      If it's purely in mess around social non counting competitions then no, it shouldn't matter.

    Looks a fun wedge Steve. How easy was it to keep the ‘grooves’ clean especially in wet grass?

    Wow 😲 Is it a wedge or a boomerang? Might need a few granite Pinnacles in the bag before you go bankrupt spending money on PV1’s, TM’s or Srixon tigers!
    Never seen Top Coach so happy, like a kid in a candy shop 🤣 - Can’t wait for the 60deg rocket test Steve, should go atmospheric 🚀 - 🏌🏻‍♂️⛳️

    • @richardprosser9305

      @@stevejohnstongolf yep I agree and direct from the manufacturer makes the competitive on price as well.
      You have to take a leap of faith though as a fitting or trying them out before hand is not an option.

    That is just unbelievable, I saw them advertised but thought it was a gimmick but that is as you say "Insane". Surely th R&A would never pass something like this for use in comp. I mean a club like this in the hands of Rory or Bryson would just make the game silly???...

    • @stevejohnstongolf
      @stevejohnstongolf  4 года назад +1

      Frank, there is a conforming wedge from smith works that also spins impressively more than a standard wedge!

    Steve, why are you giving the credit to the club, surely its all your skill ! You should get the legal version and see what you think to that one. Backspin from a 10 yard shot is impressive even if its illegal. Course looks beautiful, what an office you have ! I might not say the same in Dec & Jan though ! Take care pal

    To all those getting all preachy about non conforming vs conforming, dont forget that most baseball, soccer, Tour de France guys are all juiced, so why do we weekend hacks have to suffer???
