The List They need better customer service. Email confirmation when sending THEM an email. Prompt response emails. Making an effort to try and fix dilemmas that arise. It’s so bad. I’m not sure how they’ve gotten so far.

I'm a guy. I've a men's Coach backpack that has been through hell and back and it STILL looks new!! The craftsmanship is magnificent and meant to last. My kids are going to inherit this thing.
I have always loved coach bags and I own over 50 of them . They are of great quality and there sales associates are always friendly. Compared to a Louis Vuitton store I would pick a trip to coach any day . ❤️

As a man I have a travel iPad style bag from coach, black camo. Instead of travel stuff etc I store my collectible valuables in a vault. The canvas the quality is great. Cologne too, smells like the leather.

ann hans I just recently bought a tote from the outlet and a bag from coach retail and I honestly like my tote better. The camera bag I got from their retail store had really cheap lightweight hardware. If it wasn’t on sale I’d be upset. It’s not worth the original price at all! I want the Parker and Cassie19 hopefully I’ll have better luck with those.
@@gg9669 Today I went looking for a bag to carry some everyday stuff( going on a small trip). I don't want to carry a big bag, so I went for a Coach bag that is sort of their Speed but smaller. And I realized that the leather on that bag was not so "strong" and the whole bag seems "weak". The bag was only used once and put away for over 2 years. So, I get what you are saying now. Feels abit cheap and I paid over 400 at that time. Thank goodness the newer bags are so much better. I got the parker in the ox blood(stupid name for a color) and the Cassie in black. I love the Parker. It's such a beautiful bag. Get that first. The Cassie is great but not as impressive.😍
Who cares if its made by less quality materials hence u pay a cheaper price. Its still sturdy enough and works design wise very good & u save alot so why not?!

I have loved COACH since I was in my 20's many years ago. Then they lost their direction with those "C" bags and the canvas. Now the brand has come back and it's wonderful. However, I am so freaking wary of the fact they claim to be inclusive. NO brand is inclusive until they regularly include the demographic of over 60 and over 50 women and men. Granted, JLO is an exceptionally gorgeous woman in her early 50s but that isn't the norm. Include models in their 50's, 60's--then you can truly call the brand inclusive.
You're so right! Ageism is a pressing issue in all facets of life, and is very prevalent in the fashion industry. It's not often discussed in activist spaces, though it really ought to be. The fashion industry needs to step up in the representation of all people, and that absolutely includes older people!
