    It all started one thanksgiving where I ate so much i threw up. Ive been having reflux, digestive issues, chest tightness and pressure to the point where I had to go to the hospital thinking I was having a heart attack, breathing was difficult, especially after eating, very hard to swallow at times, very hard to burp at times, iv'e tried digestion and heartburn meds, vapor rub for the chest, etc Nothing worked.
    Coming from the hospital I was told about this hernia that I must have had for about a year in a half since the symptoms started and looked up natural ways to cure it without surgery. Tried this exercise for literally 2 mins and it was GONE like that!!!! i couldn't believe it. It feels like a airway just opened itself up so I can breathe better, eat better, lay down and sleep better. This video is all I have to thank for it. THANK YOU!!!

      +Nikolas It worked the first time I tried it and I was better but still overweight and unhealthy. I detoxed for a couple of months and fasted for 1 of those 2 months with Dr sebis bromide plus powder and bio ferro(you can Google it).Lost 70lbs in those couple months and literally never felt better in my life.with my stomach so shrunk the hernia should be nonexistent. I definitely don't have any of the symptoms I listed before. Thanks for reaching out, hope my answer helps out! Peace!

    This along with lifestyle changes dramatically improved my situation. I was in lots of pain and the GI doctor told me hiatal hernias do not cause symptoms and to ‘pretend like I don’t have hiatal hernia’. Very frustrating. I do this exercise every morning except I jump on a small trampoline. I felt SO much better!! I also started doing light weight lifting (very light) and 10 minute bicycle cardio every day (I lost a lot of strength and weight after my hiatal hernia). Also changed diet, digestive enzymes from Dr. Nick Gonzalez, probiotic, THC/CBD when feeling tense. No more coffee or alcohol. That’s what worked for me and I am feeling so much better! Thanks for this video, sometimes you need to DIY. Good luck everyone.

    As far as I can tell this absolutely helped me today. I started doing it this morning and I didn't use antacid once today. I also didn't have several asthma attacks and a feeling like I just wasn't getting enough air even though it doesn't feel like asthma which is a feeling I've been having for some time. This whole time I knew there was more to the stomach-breathing connection, and here it is.

    • @rhall9859
      @rhall9859 Год назад +1

      I agree. When the stomach protrudes into the chest cavity, it crowds it and the lungs cannot fully inflate. This is what is causing the breathing issues. In addition, the pepsin (gas) expelled into the lungs can irritate them and cause asthma symptoms. I've experienced both. It's like a double whammy. So fixing this can help out asthma, too.

My doctor's only recommendation was to start taking the omeprazole again. I said no and looked for an alternative. I found this video, tried it, and it worked. After doing this a few times and being careful not to overeat or lie down after eating, my symptoms disappeared. No reflux, no hernia. Thanks, Dr. Williams!

The only change I ever made in my diet was to not lie down after eating to give my food a chance to digest, and that has continued to work for me. Bottom is from my experience. I am not a health professional and so Not a replacement for a doctor:
    I am avoiding caffeine while or after eating, Alcohol, Peppermint, Acidic fruits like apple(right after meals), and chocolate. I looked up information on reflux and found that you should also eat in smaller portions of food (increments instead of one large meal). Finally, raise your upper bed portion(stacks of books underneath)works to avoid night time reflux and let gravity do its thing- sleep on left side due to the anatomy of stomach. Finally relax and be happy!

      I have come to the conclusion that gastroenterologists are useless when it comes to the subject of acid reflux and Hiatal hernias. Two of my children have suffered severely from acid reflux. One of them was allergic to milk and saw 3 different gastrologists over 2 and a half years. She was never once sent to an allergist to test for food allergies. They blamed her condition on everything but. I discovered by researching and trial and error her allergy to milk. They don't even know what causes Hiatal hernias. They have it completely backwards. I know because I've watched them form the very beginning. The acid weekends the lining of the esophagus and stomach allowing the formation of a hiatal hernia. In my opinion the world would be a better place without the gastrologists screwing it up worse. I don't even know what to go to medical school for.

    This is unreal it actually cured me from my symptoms which I've had for 4 years, and things were getting worse and worse. I actually felt things moving down. I can visibly SEE that where my stomach used to be, now it's slimmer.
    I used to suck in my stomach all the time because I was conscious of my looks, and it must have been that, with other habits, that led to that. I also started to not suck in my stomach and am constantly flexing it down and outward. I also learned and am doing a belly breathing technique and these in total have totally resolved my problems, at least for the day. Thanks!!

      You can't 'suck your stomach in' in the way you're talking about. Your stomach is up high, and your hernia around your breast. I know this is an old comment, I'm just highlighting it for anybody else who might believe this mumbo jumbo.

    • @christinaduran8598
      @christinaduran8598 5 лет назад +3

      When I tried this technique I also felt gurgling in my stomach and when I looked at my stomach, I could see my skin moving like my stomach was moving down! I still try this every day in the morning and at night to help keep the hernia from coming back. Since I had my hiatal hernia for over 5 years, I need to make sure that I keep my stomach out of my diaphragm and strengthen the diaphragm to keep the stomach from becoming herniated again. I had lost over 14 lbs in one month due to fear or choking and trouble swallowing with the hiatal hernia since it gave me so much anxiety, but I think that losing weight will help keep my stomach where it should be.

    No freaking way. I’ve had this thing for a little over a month now. It’s costed me several thousands in imaging and tests to find. I’ve been twice to the chiropractor to manually adjust it. That did make it feel a bit better. But this, just made it disappear. I suspect I’ll have to keep this up daily and do diaphragmatic breathing and strengthening if I want it to stay, but it’s very encouraging! Thank you!! It actually worked for me! I never tried before because looks not-so-scientific..but it actually helped! Thank you.
    I have a hernia/reflux that bothers me for days whenever I do something 'wrong' usually carrying heavy things such as luggage or too many groceries at once and results in me having to use ppis until the hernia decides to go back to it's place. But this exercise worked in a few minutes.
    TIP 1 First try made my reflux more noticeable but I realized I was jumping up and down strong. While only the fall should be strong as per the video.
    I did it as per the video once again but with more water and it calmed the reflux episode that had been bothering me all week.... Oh and use good shoes for your knees !
    TIP 2. By accident I discovered Chin tuck exercise (actually meant for neck pain) against a tall chair or wall used to fix my hernia. Worth to try but today it didn't work and actually made.reflux stronger... (That's how I landed on this video)
