@@sabaiqbal487 depends on you. Try to know the reason behind his denial. If he thinks he deserves better than you then back off. Don't degrade yourself. Love and respect yourself and look for another partner. But if he is denying due to his financial condition, studies or other problems then approch his parents through your parents and tell them about your intention. They will understand .

If only we search for religious women better than us and we are not that religious then that's not gonna work.

I will tell you a history:
1. Mohammad came, he preached, united a tribe, became a leader, gained large following and respect.
2. Mohammad died and battle for the next caliph took place. Mohammad's family was murdered and put to exile. Raja dahir gave them refuge(india).
3. 300years later Quran and hadits were complied distorting and manipulating all the data from Judaism and Christianity under the name of mohammad for political control and power.
4. Multiple sects , shia ,sunni, sufi, ahmedi, wahabi, etc are formed by interpretation of Quran and hadits.
Conclusion: Islam is a broken religion, muslims need to reform and bring original teachings mohammad in islam.

I support love before marriage because too much conservative culture leads to marriage within relatives specially with 1st cousins. In my family there are Such marriages. Secondly many Muslims in my country get pregnant without having job. So to me job prospect for the girl and guy is important.

And [by] the night when it covers with darkness,

﴿ما وَدَّعَكَ رَبُّكَ وَما قَلى﴾ [الضحى: ٣]
Your Lord has not taken leave of you, [O Muḥammad], nor has He detested [you].
- Saheeh International
﴿وَلَلآخِرَةُ خَيرٌ لَكَ مِنَ الأولى﴾ [الضحى: ٤]
And the Hereafter is better for you than the first [life].
- Saheeh International
﴿وَلَسَوفَ يُعطيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرضى﴾ [الضحى: ٥]
And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied.
- Saheeh International
﴿أَلَم يَجِدكَ يَتيمًا فَآوى﴾ [الضحى: ٦]
Did He not find you an orphan and give [you] refuge?
- Saheeh International
﴿وَوَجَدَكَ ضالًّا فَهَدى﴾ [الضحى: ٧]
And He found you lost and guided [you],
- Saheeh International
﴿وَوَجَدَكَ عائِلًا فَأَغنى﴾ [الضحى: ٨]
And He found you poor and made [you] self-sufficient.
- Saheeh International
﴿فَأَمَّا اليَتيمَ فَلا تَقهَر﴾ [الضحى: ٩]
So as for the orphan, do not oppress [him].
- Saheeh International
﴿وَأَمَّا السّائِلَ فَلا تَنهَر﴾ [الضحى: ١٠]
And as for the petitioner, do not repel [him].
- Saheeh International
﴿وَأَمّا بِنِعمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّث﴾ [الضحى: ١١]
But as for the favor of your Lord, report [it].
