I just took delivery of the Scrambler 400 X. I also own a Kawasaki Z900RS, the Scrambler is such a fun bike to ride, I love it. And those that worry about seat height…don’t. I’m 5’8”” and it’s absolutely fine. I preordered mine sight unseen. I’ve owned a few Triumphs (1200 Thruxton, Street Triple R and Street Twin) I’ll use the Z900 for the hills run and the Scrambler for city use. Trust me this is a great bike!

Made an impulse buy of Speed in September mainly due to its mouth watering price of $3500 (in India) even though I had a Kawasaki 650..
It turned out to be a great decision. I’m thoroughly enjoying it !
All Triumphs before 1983 had the chain on the opposite side. Fun fact😃

Eigentlich nicht...die alten originalen Triumph aus Merididen (manche würden sagen die echten Triumph) hatten die Schaltung rechts und konstruktiv bedingt die Kette links... Triumph "Ur"- Scrambler aus den 60er/70ern siehe hier: ruclips.net/video/kn4mACvJObc/видео.html
