Peach and blueberry cake by Magdi

Peach and blueberry cake. Very easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 TBSP baking powder
Zest of 1 lemon
1 stick of butter
1 envelope vanilla sugar, or 1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 24 oz. canned peaches
8 oz. or 1 cup blueberries.
Powdered sugar for dusting
Mix together cake ingredients omitting fruits and powdered
sugar, and pour it into a 9” x12” baking pan lined with parchment
paper. Level dough in pan, then place peaches on top
with roughly equal spacing. Add blueberries.
Bake cake in a pre-heated 350 F oven for 25-30 minutes.
(Baking time may vary depending on your oven.)
Let cake cool, dust it with powdered sugar and serve.

The first thing I ever baked. Super easy and quick to make and absolutely delicious. Stopped going to the bakery for dessert. Wife insisted for me to make it every third or fourth day.
