@@AprilM831 I recommend using Greek yogurt or sour cream if you don't have ricotta. I think cream cheese might be a little heavy

Good Day, may I suggest slicing up any extra peaches and marinading them for about 3 - 4 months in Burgundy wine in the fridge. A childhood favorite of mine, Enjoy ✌

This is a delicious, fluffy, airy and aromatic cake. Instead of peach extract, I added strawberry extract. It turned out super. I recommend cooking this cake 🎂! Thanks 😊

Good Day Chef, it's not often that I have all the ingredients to make one of your yummy creations, but I do!! I will have to make the Ricotta, no biggie. I also am a fan of the spring form pan, I use them for my cheesecakes I make for my friends restaurant. Here in Amish Land Pennsylvania it's harvest time and the local produce is abundant. I picked the peaches myself the other day at a local orchard. Try marinating fresh peach slices in burgundy wine for about 3 months, nice. Definitely gonna surprise my friend with this lovely creation when I drop off the cheesecake on Monday. Love the Coppertone mixer. You are a joy to watch cook, real Pro. This will be perfect with vegan butter and cheese! You can make this cake without the peach extract, vanilla extract works great, too! :)
