As I remember it was 120 000km. Everything was melted, i suspected stuck EGR valve, also changed together with cooler. There's getting more and more burned intake manifolds in our shop.
@@jonasjo202 Got it, scarry ! Good I removed my EGR :) Did not do it for the heating problem but for the dirt that is pushing in the manifold... but thinking to install it again for the winter, as I removed it completely and I tend to blame the EGR for the engine sound that I hear. Melted manifold and EGR should be covered by BMW anyway , even if the car is 10 years old as I hear.
WTF !!! How many km ? Did the actuator motor stuck or why ???

@@jonasjo202 BTW, after you put it together , would be interesting to hear the engine ruining kept at around 2k rpm :) So I can compare.
@@GigiBeleaDK that car is on the road already. After replacement engine was running like a charm. I can record any other good sounding engine.
IF EGR was the culprit , would the sensor not indicate high temp ? did the cooler was clogged ?
