Listening to this message, i had to take a tough decision by resigning my job, especially when the lives of those in that organization have remained the same for 10, 20 years, its a big step of faith, I have more time to take my destiny and future in my hands. I don’t think anything is wrong working for others as an employee , not everyone has entrepreneurship skills / the internal fortitude. However, one must strive and work extremely hard and get to the highest possible in their career. I know many retired doctors, architects, accountants and others who rose to the top of their profession and are living extremely well in their old age. They plan well & were disciplined.
Theory of surplus value by Karl Marx was a classic and the capitalists hated him for it. We the poor did nothing about it. I have learnt that I concentrate my efforts on things that will generate more to me economically. Those things for the good of society, we contribute it them

He is an employer and an employee at the same time. He works for a big auto company in Naija and has properties scattered around PH and other investments including a water company.
Don't analyse what you don't fully understand. Don't set examples with what you don't know the details, particularly in a country plagued with kleptomania. Have you sat down with your landlord to discuss how he got his investment capital?
