I have a stampede and 2 rustlers and I will say this im very impressed with the pede I put a wheelie bar on it with upgrades. And boy oh boy it moves love it. Im getting a slash next to add to my collection
I started my RC life with a Bandit vxl, converted it into a Monster Bandit. Because it was horrible in the grass. Not until I mounted some Stampede tires did it become enjoyable. Made some cool videos about the Monster Bandit though.
Great comparison vid! Just picked up a 4x4 stampede and love it. Also, Where did u get that ramp? What Brand? Only ones I can find are too narrow for RC cars
These are made by a company called Discount Ramps, unfortunately I've heard that they have discontinued this model. When I bought the set it came with two ramps for $99
@@FatherandSonHavingFun I thought it was. brushless but no I don't think it is . my little doggie seems to like it nothing like my old team losi truck though I'm just getting back into the hobby after 30 years 😅 🙃 😬 so I'll probably be updating it sooner rather than later

Chloe clearly doesn’t understand the concept of variable throttle very much, just like me when I got my first Traxxas. I always had the throttle floored, and took the consequences (I hit quite a few trees and tires of parked cars)

Both stock gearing, Powerhobby 2s 5200mah 50c batteries in both vehicles.

Rustler vxl vs bandit vxl?

XL5 is brushed but it is a great value and a blank canvas for you to create your own masterpiece....

Nice, I've yet to break anything on the Slash...yet. That wide body really protects it.
My son never broke his slash first day out with the stampede it broke a front carrier
I think the body protects the Slash, while the Stampede hangs all kind suspension out there to get busted. I still enjoy both.

Father Family Fun I did drove one. And it was fun. But. Its hard finding corrected batteries. I would go for slash 4x4 vxl
