Absolutely beautiful, thanks so much for sharing this with us! Those robust 2nd edition marines are some of my favorites for painting and repainting to learn how to use my airbrush. Many many layers on those lads ;-) Can't wait to see what you do with the paintjob!
When I was a mere 10 years old I went to a mates' house and stumbled across his older brothers 3'rd edition starter set with the Eldar and Land Speeder. I was instantly enamored and wanted to know everything about the world and game. I can't imagine how nostalgic and magical it must feel to dust all of this off and reminisce about the good times you and your father shared, Guy. Looking forward to the further content you make : )
when my best friend (now gone due to parents divorce) invited me over to his house he showed me his tyranids, dark eldar and space marines, i was just hooked, and i found out that my dad had played fantasy when he was a kid, so like father like son, i got into it, that was 7 years ago and now im the proud owner of over 5000 points of 40k just one little model sparked my interest
I miss 90’s boxed games like these so much it hurts. Games Workshop was pure magic back then. Thinking about these kinds of sets nearly sends me back, all Scott Bakula like, to my younger self, to be there once again to gawk at all of the beautiful gaming and hobby sets I used to see whenever my dad and granddad took me along to the hobby shop when they were picking up components for their train sets. Thank you very much for sharing this wonderfully powerful bit of nostalgia.
Honestly I wasn't expecting to get brought to tears by an unboxing video... Heartwarming tribute ! I didn't know your dad nor your father/son relationship but I'm certain he was proud of you !
Guy - awesome video. I am the same. I’m mid 30’s and got a second edition box set back in the day. Total nostalgia right there......your Dad would be super proud. I’ve got three little boys and I’ve got back into the hobby and all four of us are loving it and you and the other brilliant content providers out there are are part of our journey. So thank you from me, William, Edward and little Henry!
I remember the release of this box as I was working for GW at the time of release in the Nottingham Friar Lane store. Yes I am that old .... I remember we had a headless cardboard cutout of the JB Blood Angel Marine and would take the customers pics (with the kids standing on a box) this was done with a Polaroid Instant Camera. We may have had a few shots of ourselves as well LOL.....
On the subject of cut-outs; I went to a game day event at the Liverpool Lord Street store some time in the mid-90s. It was for a nationwide campaign running that weekend simulating one of the Tyranid hive fleet incursions - you remember the type of event I mean, where there battles all over the country and then the following week White Dwarf totted up the scores. One kid was awarded a 6ft cut-out of an Imperator titan as a reward for charging a Carnifex with a squad of imperial guardsmen (all killed instantly, obviously). I wonder how he got it home.
I cried hysterically during this video. While I only just got started at the end of 7th edition, my dad has been 100% supportive of me and all my hobbies and interests and it broke my heart to hear your story. Thank you for sharing and I bet your dad's real proud of you :)
My dad left me way before I got into warhammer 40k. My mum has been super supportive of me however and while I collect/build and paint my ork and necron armies my mum has her eldar and tyranid armies that we both play competitively.
One of my fondest memories of 2nd edition was when an Ork buggy with a damaged weapon intentionally rammed a Land Raider and blew up (causing no damage to the Land Raider, of course).
I would say that I don’t know what to say, but I do, and it’s that this is fucking incredible. Easily the best video on your channel, I loved every second. Your dad would be so proud to see this.
@@MidwinterMinis yeah xD I didn't really get into Warhammer until I was 13. I remember 2nd edition, but I didn't start collecting until 3rd. It's amazing to see how far it has come. I used to spend all my hard earned money on this hobby. (started as a paperboy at age 13)
Wow, I remember my best friend getting this box set for his 10th birthday. A kid down the street played Eldar too. It was the start of a lifelong love affair with the hobby for me.
That pewter Space Wolves Sgt. was a trip down memory lane, I had SO many pewter Space Wolves back in the day. Really wish I managed to hold on to some of these. Thanks for the nostalgia trip Guy, your dad would've loved to see what this channel and community has become, you (and Penny!) really cultivated something special here.
I got this box set for Christmas around the time it came out. I remember my dad reading out the moniker on the front of the box in a comical tone: "In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only war... Very Christmassy" Still makes me smile to this day XD RIP dad
My mum passed not long back and it was thanks to her I got into this beloved, money draining life hah! She was known as the 'Wargaming Mum' and actually wrote several articles for the journal and white dwarf!! Never did beat her Eldar between 2nd to 4th with my poor guard either 😂 Great vid dude :)
I've got goosebumps. I played this on Saturday mornings on my friends concrete doorstep because his mum wouldn't let us play in the house when she was cleaning. I had a handful of the 2e Orks until very recently. Ah, good times...
@@MidwinterMinis more atmosphere but less turns? From recollection I think we were allowed in when it rained, but she always checked it was actually raining and wouldn't take our word for it
@Lord Inquisitor Shadowlord they went to a new home along with all of the rest of my Ork army. Sadly my meticulousness in painting doesn't go well with a horde army
I also got started with 2nd edition, a friend had that starter and i have since inherited the books out of it. The first minis i got was Tac Marine squad that i painted as Blood Angels and a box of Orks that i painted as Goffs using the leftovers from an exploration into airfix models, i dunno where the marines went but i still have some of the Orks. I still love the art style of the 2nd edition books and got a heavy bout of nostalgia when seeing Brother SRM's Retro Ultramarines during a visit to England a couple of years back. While i was over there i also went to Warhammer World for two days, touring the museum and seeing the classic diorama of The Emperor and Warmaster Horus dueling over the fallen Sanguinius in person almost brought tears to my eyes.
I'm so glad you found the Coat D'arms paints, I have been telling my friend this was the original GW paints and he refused to believe it - great video with added vindication 😁
Warcolours also have a Nostalgia range that they claim are recreations of the classic Citadel paints. I've only got their Goblin Green (which is also in a retro pot) but it seems at the least to be very close to the original.
@@anotherzingbo Good call! The Nostalgia range is a recreation of the 1st gen Citadel range which was a little different, Coat d'Arms is the 2nd gen Citadel range. The Nostalgia range is still well worth it aside from the 'inks': grab some P3 inks instead. And speaking of P3, it's also a range produced by HMG and designed by Mike McVey. The colors aren't a perfect match to the old Citadel range but they're damn close!
I’m new to 40K, I love the lore and universe built and destroyed by the characters. Watching your videos has gotten me even more interested in the game. And your painting videos has got me into painting myself.
My dad got me into warhammer about 15 years ago and while I've had only started painting again for the last 12 months we still have our love of warhammer. We share books, models, talking about lore. Glad we can share a hobby like this.
To hear how you speak of your dad, is every dads dream. As a dad I can assure you this is true. Good on you Guy. Keep smiling, we can hear it in your voice. :)
When you can turn something you did with your dad as fun and a hobby, there’s no need to worry about what he would have thought. He would and is proud that he gave you a gift that do for fun. And anything you love doing will never be work. Happy to have found this channel
Thank you for sharing this video. My condolences in regards to your father. I began playing 40K right after my father was killed in a car accident I was 12. The painting really was an escape for me, and I loved the game. I would go to the local mall and play at the Gameswork shop store. Non of my friends played so I would go to meet poeople at the store. I meet this older dude named Tom, he eventually game me his 2nd edition box set he had from the early 90s and the Blood Bowl box set! I still have those box sets, I too get nostoglia overload when I look at them. Amazing how time flies. Good times. 20 years later and I just got the 9th edition box set =) can't wait to paint them!
Oh wow. I was 9, and getting this boxset was my first time really getting an army. It opened up a whole new world to me. I'd seen a few bits at boot fairs etc which got my interest peaking, but this right here. This was the ultimate goal for young me. To get and paint up a whole army of space Marines. Ooo nostalgias getting me right tonight lol
Back when games in general were challenging and intricate before they started to change their target audiences to absolutely everyone and their grandmas.
@Goth Jesus GW marketing, prices and ads are here to drain the pockets of hobbyists for years now. Each new edition was "streamlined" and made simpler to make it possible for younger audience to play. Personally, I adore RT complexity, I love 2nd edition vehicle combat..... I miss those days. 40K is waaaay more pricey and "stupider" these days.
@@RyodanKai This issue was simply that kids were spending more money on shit than young adults (presumably because they have rent and bills to pay) so everything (movies, music, games, videogames) started to be aimed towards them because that's where the $$ is; so it wasn't about "dumbing it down" in of itself, and the target audience wasn't by any means "everyone".
I was 15 back then ... your video really brought me back ... watching Warhammer games and sometimes being able to play with borrowed miniatures since back then I couldn’t afford them... thx for that little trip back in memory lane .
I love this! I’ve been painting blood angels again after years away from the hobby and wanted to paint the newer models in a 90s style... so this really helps and hits the nostalgia notes, thanks!
I can remember some of my friends had this box when I was about 7. I was desperate for some models, and asked my parents who refused to buy it because it was way too expensive! It wasn't until I was 15 that they got me my first box of models (empire knights!) Oh the memories....
Yeah and I still have them in the loft. In hindsight my parents made the right decision making me wait. 15 years later and I'm still loving the hobby! Can't wait to watch the rest of the series!
This was a fond trip down memory lane for me, ‘93 was the year I got into the hobby. It was a pretty tough year for me as a kid, but finding this hobby and playing boxsets like this one... as well as Space Marine (my very first boxed game) with my gang of close friends definitely got me through. So thank you for such a great video 🙂
This video has too many feels. I don't know how you do it, but your nostalgia videos always manage to make me feel like you´re talking about a life that I lived and truly touch me. I haven’t played 40K in 20 years so RUclips serving me this video is pure witchcraft. I loved this so much - all the books and templates was nostalgia overload. I would love to see you do equivalent vids for Necromunda and Space Hulk from the same era.

Oh man, flashback time. Really hit me like a hammer. I started in the late 80's (I'm a bit older I guess) with Rouge Trader and tried to wrap my head around this thing (was 14 or 15 years old in the days). Then came the 2nd Edition and my buddy bought the box. It was a total game changer, in the beginning I tried to "defend" Rouge Trader but finally gave in. The 8th Edition totally reingnited our interesst in the hobby and now I'm teaching my 9 year old son on how to play WH. Some of my old buddies rejoined me and I just build a new city fight table. It's fun to see, that this hobby starts to span over generations now. Thanks for sharing this one.

Still remember how god damned happy i was when my mom bought me this box for christmas. Sitting in the basement putting my minis together while inhaling unhealthy amounts of colour and glue fumes. Still somewhat into the hobby and just about to get into kill team. Fucking amazing. :D
It’s 2020, i’m 21, and I just ordered the recruit edition with the Space marines and necrons, this will be my first minis I ever bought. You inspired me and thousands others to try WH40k with your incredible videos. I’m damn sure your father would have been hella proud.
Slightly before my time but so so cool! My first experience was somehow playing Bretonian knights and bowmen against my brother’s Black Templars on the landing floor using the really old citadel foam scenery! I’m not sure how we did the rules but I’m pretty sure I always lost! Sorry to hear about your dad, but I’m sure he’d be proud as any father! If the nostalgia of it isn’t too overwhelming, it would be amazing to see some retro 2nd Ed battle reports? Maybe follow the min campaign from the box? I hope you enjoy it whatever you plan to do with it though! Just glad to see it being open and used rather than passed from BNIB collector to BNIB collector!
Exactly make a whole campaign! Very few people will have a chance to play this so i think it would be awesome to explore whole starter set by playing all missions.
16:50 prices may not have changed *much* but the contents sure have This box has 2 (nearly) complete codexes, the official rulebook, 80 models, terrain (cardstock is better than nothing), data tables, and a few things here and there for roughly 80 pounds today? Aren't the current box sets 100 pounds+? (I live in the U.S. and am too lazy to do research). And what do they come with? 40 or so models, no rulebook, mini-vodexes that have the bare minimum of data for the armies and 0 terrain? *oof* Will say though quality has gone up so much that my wallet still takes the punch every so often :3
Just that one box cover brought back so much memories of when mum used to take me to games workshop and the really old school white dwarf magazine covers Man!!!! What a trip down memory lane!!!!!!!!!!❤

the recruit starter (40€ so about the price of the old starter) has 20! models in total and a box as terrain feature...that is just dissapointing
Midwinter minis: "serious emotional weight, and plenty of nostalgia"
Everyone watching: *hugs device hoping he knows how much he make our days better and how much of an inspiration in the hobby he is to us*
This box was released before I was born. You've taken me through the Warp to feel how everything started. Thanks
Nice! Like a grimdark Doctor Who ;)
Absolutely beautiful, thanks so much for sharing this with us! Those robust 2nd edition marines are some of my favorites for painting and repainting to learn how to use my airbrush. Many many layers on those lads ;-) Can't wait to see what you do with the paintjob!
Thanks Brent! I'm looking forward to relearning all those old techniques! :)
Looking forward to the further content you make : )
Thanks matey! Yeah, it was quite the experience! So glad I decided to bite the bullet and repurchase the thing :)
when my best friend (now gone due to parents divorce) invited me over to his house he showed me his tyranids, dark eldar and space marines, i was just hooked, and i found out that my dad had played fantasy when he was a kid, so like father like son, i got into it, that was 7 years ago and now im the proud owner of over 5000 points of 40k
just one little model sparked my interest
Thanks so much Richard! Quite a kingly bunch of you've got there! William was my dad, too.
Haha, that sounds amazing. I wonder where that cardboard cutout is now?
On the subject of cut-outs; I went to a game day event at the Liverpool Lord Street store some time in the mid-90s. It was for a nationwide campaign running that weekend simulating one of the Tyranid hive fleet incursions - you remember the type of event I mean, where there battles all over the country and then the following week White Dwarf totted up the scores.
One kid was awarded a 6ft cut-out of an Imperator titan as a reward for charging a Carnifex with a squad of imperial guardsmen (all killed instantly, obviously). I wonder how he got it home.
Married my best friend in 1993, just celebrated 26 years. Still my best friend. True love grows.
Hnnng, all the feels.
I'm 26 and married, happy too.
No mate, you're giving me the happy-sads. Stop that.
Wholesome dad story, I have gotten so emotional as I have grown older 86'er here.
Nice! 85 here, but what a time. The last generation to have a childhood that was practically internet free.
I never knew how much needed the 2nd edition battle report in my life.
Thanks Colin! Honestly, the "special" something is also due in huge part to awesome people like you.
Even having never played warhammer this box has such a strong aura of nostalgia that even I'm feeling it.
Hey man, thank you for opening up about your father. That ruled.
I appreciate it :)
What a wonderful blast from the past. I was born in '87 so these models and all the artwork put a big smile on my face. Thanks Guy.
I got this box set for Christmas around the time it came out. I remember my dad reading out the moniker on the front of the box in a comical tone:
"In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only war... Very Christmassy"
Still makes me smile to this day XD
RIP dad
My mum passed not long back and it was thanks to her I got into this beloved, money draining life hah!
She was known as the 'Wargaming Mum' and actually wrote several articles for the journal and white dwarf!!
Never did beat her Eldar between 2nd to 4th with my poor guard either 😂
Great vid dude :)
I've got goosebumps. I played this on Saturday mornings on my friends concrete doorstep because his mum wouldn't let us play in the house when she was cleaning. I had a handful of the 2e Orks until very recently. Ah, good times...
Haha, what a cool, unique memory! What happened when it rained?! ;)
Those exhibitions are amazing, eh? Had the joy of visiting them at the Open Day last year :)
I have never watched this before. But you are delightful and made me happy with your enthusiasm and nostalgia, and also made me cry.
Now this takes me back! I used to stare at those 90’s brochures all
The time wishing I could paint like that.
I'm so glad you found the Coat D'arms paints, I have been telling my friend this was the original GW paints and he refused to believe it - great video with added vindication 😁
Haha, vindication is the best feeling in the world, eh?
Ataerus i have p3 paints and they come in the same pots is there a conection?
@@tomvankwikkelberghe3013 AFAIK manufactured in the same factory -- as are Wargames Foundry paints.
I’m new to 40K, I love the lore and universe built and destroyed by the characters. Watching your videos has gotten me even more interested in the game. And your painting videos has got me into painting myself.
Awesome! Happy you're enjoying my videos, matey :)
3:08 I hope my kids have the same memories of the experiences I have given them when I go :-) Your dad will be smiling
My dad got me into warhammer about 15 years ago and while I've had only started painting again for the last 12 months we still have our love of warhammer. We share books, models, talking about lore. Glad we can share a hobby like this.
Most of my paints are the good old 90's ones, still work a treat. the newer once all dry up.
Testament to their quality!
I remember being a young teen and looking at the 2nd Edition box on the shelf wishing I had enough money to get into the hobby. Thanks for the memory.
No worries mate :) Glad you enjoyed it
That takes me back, mostly memories of my Imperial Guard Army being endlessly beaten by my mates Eldar.
Eldar used to be way too good ;)
Same! My plucky shiny new metal Catachans got destroyed by my mum's Eldar every damn time
To hear how you speak of your dad, is every dads dream. As a dad I can assure you this is true. Good on you Guy. Keep smiling, we can hear it in your voice. :)
Noooo, why do you have to be so lovely, haha
Yessss! A real rite of passage, eh? Kids today don't know what they're missing out on ;)
Interesting to see how 2nd seemed much more like an "actual" boardgame...
Yeah! Definitely. The models are almost like tokens compared to modern miniatures.
Back when games in general were challenging and intricate before they started to change their target audiences to absolutely everyone and their grandmas.
@@RyodanKai well, there are still interesting and challengeing ones out there ...
Now I feel old.... I remember seeing it for sale in the Argos catalog and asking my parents....
The Argos catalogue! My, my...
Same.
I was 15 back then ... your video really brought me back ... watching Warhammer games and sometimes being able to play with borrowed miniatures since back then I couldn’t afford them... thx for that little trip back in memory lane .
Glad I could take you there again, Tim :)
Empire Knights! Nice, I'm sure it was worth the wait :)
Yeah and I still have them in the loft. In hindsight my parents made the right decision making me wait. 15 years later and I'm still loving the hobby! Can't wait to watch the rest of the series!
I’m 49 years old and just got into the hobby. I really loved your intro of how you got into the hobby and what it means to you.
Thank you! It was hit or miss whether or not I was going to include the personal stuff, quite blown away by the response!
This was a blast! I got into 40k with the same box set. Cant wait to see your retro Space Wolves. nostalgia overload
For some reason, I assume Space Wolves make that "AROO, AROO" sound that Blanka makes when he wins in SFII.
The talk about your father made me remember playing Nintendo with my old man when I was a kid, and put a smile on my face and a warm feeling in my heart. You´re a gifted story teller, and I am SURE your dad would have been very proud of what you´ve built.
I’m so sorry for the loss of your dad... I think it’s really cool that he played with you! I’m sure he’s proud of how far you’ve come in the hobby. (Also I think it’s amazing that he played orks! Orks iz da best boyz!
I still have a few Space Crusaders figurines (1991?) that a teacher gave me when he saw I played warhammer. Rétro figurines are awesome!
Wow! How cool is that? :)
A freaking amazing video mate, the presentation of this one is great.
Thank you Nate! I really enjoyed putting it together :)
@@MidwinterMinis I really can tell, sorry about your father mate :( Good to see you two had such an amazing relationship.
I also loved being brought back to the early 90's.
I remember seeing these models in GW shops back in the 90s, but I was into the Fantasy version as a kid. Even so, I love the lore of the 40k universe so enjoyed this video a lot!
I haven’t played 40K in 20 years so RUclips serving me this video is pure witchcraft. I loved this so much - all the books and templates was nostalgia overload. I would love to see you do equivalent vids for Necromunda and Space Hulk from the same era.
Yeah man, I would love to do something like this for Necromunda!
Painting up the models with original GW paints from the time! Going to do a 2nd ed Battle Report!! I'm going to faint......
Haha, a dream come true, eh? :)
Truth lol
There’s one of those sitting in my old math teacher’s classroom
I think your maths teacher might be the coolest
Steal it
"to step on a gretching plastic caltrop.." - classic
It’s really touching to hear about parents supporting their kids’ hobbies with such gusto. You’re probably already aware of this, but I’m sure ur dad would be so proud. Love your channel 💛 very wholesome and incredible talent.
Amazing! Good luck teaching your wee dude :)
As a 50 y.o. father with 4 grown kids of my own, let say, your father is proud of you.
damn, just you talking about this, made me go back in time, SO MAN years, "45" give or take, when I was little, I LOVE Pretend Play " Role Play Now" but My dad would NOT HAVE THIS! STOP DREAMING he said, ALL the time. YOUR DAD was SO COOL! So SO SORRY for your Loss, My dad Bailed when I was 8, but managed to stop by once in a WHILE, just to run me and my brother down.. LOVED THIS VIDEO, THANKS MAN!! GOD BLESS! XXXXXXX many MANY HUGS!!
Tom! That's such a tragic story, but remember this is me being nostalgic, my dad certainly wasn't perfect and we had our own family problems. Good job we've got such a great community to support each other, eh? :)
Still remember how god damned happy i was when my mom bought me this box for christmas.
Sitting in the basement putting my minis together while inhaling unhealthy amounts of colour and glue fumes.
Still somewhat into the hobby and just about to get into kill team.
Fucking amazing. :D
I'm amazed we don't all have terrible lung problems, haha.
Thanks for sharing the memory of your father. Really touching. I grew up with this 2nd edition. Love this channel.
Thanks mate! It was quite tough to do!
It’s 2020, i’m 21, and I just ordered the recruit edition with the Space marines and necrons, this will be my first minis I ever bought.
You inspired me and thousands others to try WH40k with your incredible videos.
I’m damn sure your father would have been hella proud.
A big YES for 2nd edition battle report! ;D
Woo! Glad at least 1 person will watch, haha
Thanks Andrew! Yeah, it'll take a bit of learning/remembering, but doing a 2nd edition battle report would be really fun :)
Exactly make a whole campaign! Very few people will have a chance to play this so i think it would be awesome to explore whole starter set by playing all missions.
I'm sure he was the proudest father in the world
God bless your dad for having taken the time to spend time with you and create good memories with you, that’s lovely
Awesome! I got that box set for Christmas at some point in the 90's and that got me into the hobby. Thanks for the walk down memory lane.
Happy to take you there, mate! :)
16:50 prices may not have changed *much* but the contents sure have
This box has 2 (nearly) complete codexes, the official rulebook, 80 models, terrain (cardstock is better than nothing), data tables, and a few things here and there for roughly 80 pounds today?
Aren't the current box sets 100 pounds+? (I live in the U.S. and am too lazy to do research). And what do they come with? 40 or so models, no rulebook, mini-vodexes that have the bare minimum of data for the armies and 0 terrain? *oof*
Will say though quality has gone up so much that my wallet still takes the punch every so often :3
Yeah, that's the problem with the huge variety of models available, I suppose. It would be pretty much impossible to fit everything in one book now!
When Warhammer was a game more than painting hobby. EDIT: I haven't lost any parents yet and the idea of it scares the shit outta me. /hug
Oh my grandfather has this one, really cool box!
Wow, really? He must be very cool ;)
God i feel old. How olds your grandfather.
Just that one box cover brought back so much memories of when mum used to take me to games workshop and the really old school white dwarf magazine covers
Man!!!! What a trip down memory lane!!!!!!!!!!❤
These videos really take me back to my child hood. I have a huge container of all these older minies from the 90's
Take a drink every time Guy says 'iconic'.
(note: do not do this, you will die.)
Now this I can get behind.
Don't you dare doubt me...
You underestimate my power
I'm from Poland, hold my vodka! ... ;)
I always looked on with awe at 40k. It was way out my budget. Now my kids have their own personal armies and all those slow games of stopping and asking whats this plus this? Have made my children really quick with math. Shout out to your father for being a good dad.
Haha, yeah! I think that's why schools are so keen to get involved with GW stuff, it's great for patience, creativity, problem solving, maths, all sorts :)
Nostalgic and emotional. I Know the feeling xD
There should be a word for it... Emotalgia. No, that's terrible.
@@MidwinterMinis Nostotional? ... i'll see myself out
I'm 43 and have never played a tabletop RPG. I feel like i'm finally understanding how they work by the way you're describing the damage area templates and and even the rules of movement with the vehicle one. I wish I had friends, cause this would be my jam.
Man these minis are few years older than I am. I just got into the hobby like 6 months ago and it's really cool to see how far it's gotten.
- Cheaper
- Easier
- Tougher
- and way more complete as a set
so overall this set is much better than anything you can get on the Games Workshop now
Well no one forces you to buy them so gj
@@dinoXAs2 so criticizing diminishing quality in established brands is.. somehow wrong and a no-no now? Sounds rather braindead tbh gj

Right in the feels... =(
As a Father myself, nothing would make me more proud than my son being successful doing what he loves.
He is smiling down on you, more proud than you could ever know.
This is your fault man. I just bought the Barnes&Noble Space Marine adventures, paint set and packs. I don't know anyone in MA that plays WH but I like to paint kits (when I have time)
Anyway nice video.
Haha, I'm sure you'll find someone to have a game against! I've played a few games against myself, don't worry about it though ;)
@@MidwinterMinis Haha! I'll play with my self first. Wink wink 🌚
What fun. Just stumbled upon this video and was happy with the fond memories it conjured. My father gave me my first comics, d&d books, and miniatures. A nice way to tip the hat to the hobby and your father
Thank you very much Aaron, happy you enjoyed it :)
Your father would be very proud of you
Your work on this Chanel has made me want to be in the hobby again and I have even bought some minis I’m going to start painting
Thank you for being an inspiration!
