Imagine being this cop for a moment. It's bedlam. You've just been violently assaulted. You're surrounded by an apparently hostile mob. 'ThEy DiDn'T Do AnYThiNG'. At least 2-3 people are yelling and shouting at you, and they might attack you next. You don't know how many people attacked you, because they hit you from behind. It could be two... could be more. You don't know if this is a terror attack. You don't know if they're armed, or were just throwing punches. You don't know how your colleagues are doing... Are they injured? Do they still have possession of their weapons? Is anyone about to try and grab your weapon? Then, the guy on the floor starts to move after having being tasered. Is he going to get up and become violent again? Did the taser even work properly? (40% of the time, they fail). You don't know what's going on, or what's about to happen, or from what direction you might be attacked next... So, if this guy on the ground is starting to move, he's getting a kick! That way, I stay upright, maintain control of my weapon, and have a better chance against anyone else that might try and attack me. It was absolutely the right move by the police officer in this instance. And race had nothing to do with it!
For me the determining factor is, ' how effective is a Taser' and 'how often do they work', and how well is it know in the police force that " this is how often they work and this is how effective they are".

I had a friend who worked for the CPS in the 90's, at the time he told me every case involving a muslim the muslim made accusations of racism in the procsecution. Her experienced was similar in that she could see how Asian (Muslim) and Black children were being taught by their parents to use the Racism card almost like the Joker in ‘It’s a knock out’.. My first thought about this was that context is everything. The men’s lawyer has now said that context is irrelevant - presumably because it wrecks his case? It was interesting to see that the second man, who piled in and threw about six punches promptly sat down on the bench with his hands behind his head when the main policeman drew his Taser. What was concerning however was the ineffectiveness of the two women police in dealing with these men, due simply to physical size. The diversity crowd have several questions to answer.

A taser doesn't knock you out, it's very temporary. The day after this protestors blocked the roads and tramlines in city centre Manchester for a couple of hours. Only 2 police attended and just stood there watching. When people asked why they was allowing it they got annoyed and gave bad attitude to us.
Apparently two other incidents either in the plane or baggage hall, and then in a Starbucks? coffee shop. So three separate incidents involving these people. 🤔
Glad the FULL footage has now come to light, question is, why wasn’t the WHOLE video used in the first place? We really do need to stand behind the police 100% on this one. I'm not slow to criticise the cops usually, but this is nuts. They were clearly subjected to a violent attack and at that point they were in a fight for their lives. The police is going to interviewed under caution for a criminal offence probaby A.O.A.B.H. He will have legal advice from a specialist in police use of force. He will provide a detailed statement explaining why he did what he did. He will not deny his actions. He will employ the NDM, national decision model detailing the relevant impact factors of which there are many. These will include, size of assailants, number of assailants, location, level of violence, severity of injuries to colleagues, number of officers injured, level of skill of assailants, that firearms officers are on the floor etc. The list is endless. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE, FROM HIS POSITION HE DOES NOT KNOW HIS COLLEAGUES FIREARM HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN OFF HIM. Therefore he could use deadly force but he chose not to. That is of no relevance to this scene. We deal with this scene as we see it, and what we see are two men complying with the police orders being kicked and stamped on the head. We don't even know of these two men where the ones who assaulted the alleged female with the bloodied nose. We don't even know whether there is a female officer with a bloodied nose somewhere out there. Can we please deal with the scene as we have now. Anyway if some people bloodied a policewoman's nose I'm sure the cameras picked it up, unless the police officers had them turned off for some reason.
If the police had no legal authority for the arrest or failed to declare themselves police how does this stand. The female officer punched the man in the side before it all kicked off. An arrest must be lawful and force must be proportional if the first are met how does the law of self defence stand. A question on right to self defence against police acting unlawfully.

When nobody names the reason for the detention, things are not transparent. It no longer hangs by a thread, at least among that community. At a minimum there's serious escalation happening, ending in what can only be considered a completely disproportionate act of vindictive violence. At a minimum, serious offences were going on from both sides, two wrongs never making a right.

I wonder if Andy Burnham visited the police officers in hospital thanking them for their work at the airport and putting themselves on the line against these violent thugs. And have they been charged yet for GBH.

My first thought about this was that context is everything. The men’s lawyer has now said that context is irrelevant - presumably because it wrecks his case?
It was interesting to see that the second man, who piled in and threw about six punches promptly sat down on the bench with his hands behind his head when the main policeman drew his Taser. What was concerning however was the ineffectiveness of the two women police in dealing with these men, due simply to physical size. The diversity crowd have several questions to answer.

@@stephenball-qo7ug Sorry, I didn't realise that police officers were allowed kick and stamp on people's heads just after they'd been tasered. Must have missed that change in the rules. I thought that once the perpetrator had been subdued they were handcuffed.
As for Burnham saying it was a racist attack, I understand he questioned whether it was, rather than directly accusing.

@@grimsbyuk8311 Three officers had been knocked down and beaten, he didn't know if they still had their firearms, or even if they were still conscious. A taser doesn't knock you out, it's very temporary. All the guy knew is that two criminals had nearly wiped out three armed police, their weapons could easily have been stolen in the scuffle, and the man who had just attacked him is still moving.
Pro tip: if you break an officer's nose, and punch two others in the face then expect to get a kick to the head. It's that simple. Perhaps you should look in to the protocol of armed officers, too. Because they're trained not to go hands on once their weapons are drawn because it puts weapons within arms reach of the criminals. They're taught to use their feet to subdue offenders.

What happened was this: those Pakistani Muslims were asked to do something according to the rule of British Law and they didn't want to so they kicked off then played the Race Card and incited others to riot - same old story

The day after this protestors blocked the roads and tramlines in city centre Manchester for a couple of hours. Only 2 police attended and just stood there watching. When people asked why they was allowing it they got annoyed and gave bad attitude to us.

Glad the FULL footage has now come to light, question is, why wasn’t the WHOLE video used in the first place? I mean literally, who got hold of that footage first and chose to, ignoring all the previous footage before the kicking part, and simply edit it down to suit THEIR own agenda. I would like to see that person (and anyone else involved) on trial. No wonder no one wants to be a cop anymore!!
Somebody needs to tell Burnham that the demographic he supports no longer needs him. They have their own mouthpieces to speak for them.
We really do need to stand behind the police 100% on this one. I'm not slow to criticise the cops usually, but this is nuts. They were clearly subjected to a violent attack and at that point they were in a fight for their lives. Who knows what would have happened if one of these idiots got a gun off a cop, and for a time it looked like the cops were losing that fight.
The two female cops had just been punched to the ground by the animal some people feel sorry for, and they had to get the attackers under control and subdued. Well a kick and a stomp certainly subdued him long enough to get cuffs on.

Why is no one talking about the witnesses that were also attacked by the police and the force currentlybeing investigated for racism?

Have just watched Andy Burnham say that he had watched the second video footage (before you and I got to see it) that was just released to the public and said that it is a very complicated issue to give a true response right now. 'Complicated' How much clearer can that second video footage be to be labeled complicated. It's now clear what really happened. Nothing complicated about it.

I was born just after the war and until probably the late 90’s, with only one or two rare exceptions, I had never really heard of police officers being attacked in such a manner.
Something has happened to the U.K. that has dramatically changed.
It is TIME we adopted a form of Gendarmerie in this Country…friendly ‘inclusive’ policing is NOT working now, or is it appropriate on a security level in todays ‘multi cultural’ world.
Senior police and politicians need to support the police on the frontline, not use every opportunity to score cheap political points and try and keep onside with the Muslim community. Burnham is the biggest culprit

The police is going to interviewed under caution for a criminal offence probaby A.O.A.B.H. He will have legal advice from a specialist in police use of force. He will provide a detailed statement explaining why he did what he did. He will not deny his actions. He will employ the NDM, national decision model detailing the relevant impact factors of which there are many. These will include, size of assailants, number of assailants, location, level of violence, severity of injuries to colleagues, number of officers injured, level of skill of assailants, that firearms officers are on the floor etc. The list is endless. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ONE, FROM HIS POSITION HE DOES NOT KNOW HIS COLLEAGUES FIREARM HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN OFF HIM. Therefore he could use deadly force but he chose not to. ive just been down the local and I saw kier starmer, s khan, Andy burnham and the 2 innocent boys having an apple tea and shouting alus snackbar. the local British men in the pub fully supported them and bought them dates and further cups of apple tea whilst sharing tips on beard grooming and what clothes to buy there wives for Christmas, it was a wonderful evening
That is of no relevance to this scene. We deal with this scene as we see it, and what we see are two men complying with the police orders being kicked and stamped on the head.
We don't even know of these two men where the ones who assaulted the alleged female with the bloodied nose.

Can we please deal with the scene as we have now. Anyway if some people bloodied a policewoman's nose I'm sure the cameras picked it up, unless the police officers had them turned off for some reason.

If the police had no legal authority for the arrest or failed to declare themselves police how does this stand. The female officer punched the man in the side before it all kicked off. An arrest must be lawful and force must be proportional if the first are met how does the law of self defence stand. A question on right to self defence against police acting unlawfully.

I don’t think anyone would say that the police should not have l restrained the person in question from what we have seen. The issue is around the kicks that took place by the police officer after the person in question had been fully restrained.
Not relevant he was fighting for his life at that point.

I don't think earlier part of the vedio was not available with Police. However deliberately not released by the authorities for unknown reasons, maybe to plot a manipulated story or some other reasons....
When nobody names the reason for the detention, things are not transparent. It no longer hangs by a thread, at least among that community. At a minimum there's serious escalation happening, ending in what can only be considered a completely disproportionate act of vindictive violence. At a minimum, serious offences were going on from both sides, two wrongs never making a right.
How many decades do the English need to realise the joke is on them?
