0:53 10,000 North Koreans = 10 day's worth of Russian casualties on the frontline.
365,000 North Koreans would be needed to make up for a year's worth of Russian casualties at the current rate of attrition.
North Korea maybe sending its prison convicts to the Ukraine.
North Korea has a prison population of between 80,000 and 120,000 people, based on estimates from The Korea Institute for National Unification, i.e. 80 to 120 day's worth of Russian casualties.
North Korea has a 1.2 million-member regular army, with 7.7 million people in the army reserves.
North Korea can mobilize 7.5 million combatants, nearly one third of the nation's population, in 48 hours.

NK has a population of 26M. 13M of them are of masculine gender. The total of regular and reserves are 8.9M. So, only 4M men (children and elderly, possibly disabled) are not able to bear arms. Who works in NK? There might be some faulty figures here. Although I suppose some women are in the army but not as combatants.

Ukraine should say to NATO, either help out or you can have Russia on your doorstep. Say to NATO that there's clearly no will to provide effective support so were going to accept occupation, cease sacrificing lives, and force NATO acceptance of what is essentially a NATO problem.
