Humanitarianism MUST BE RECIPRICAL. Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005, they allow humanitarian aid and vaccines, they warn civilians to get out of harms way, they have shown willingness for peace over and over. Where is the reciprocal humanitarian action from the Palestinians? What about the hostages. Where is the world pressure on the Palestinians to reciprocate Israel's humanity?
If the Israelis were really interested in acting humanely then they should stop taking land from the Palestinians, illegal under international law and stop conducting air strikes KNOWING they kill many, many innocent civilians. But all sides are guilty of committing horrendous things and these horrendous things will keep on occurring ad infinitum to both the Israelis and Palestinians as neither are capable of respecting and living in peace with the other.
