Quick tip to get it to flip if u don’t have those things: look down. Get your hair and slick it back with your hands. Go back and forth a few times then push down to your forehead then let go then it should flip a bit. Hope this helps
easiest method is just make it super wet and dry it with a microfiber towel/old t-shirt by dragging your fringe forwards then upwards then just add some lightweight product for hold

Your best bet is to ask your barber or whoever cuts your hair to do it for you. Basically, it’s removing excess amounts of hair and creating that light and free flowing look ,so the hairstyle doesn’t get weighed down. Your basically cutting different segments of your hair to flow with the shape of your head and have a nice and light texture.
honestly it’s just about communication, showing them pictures, talking about what you want and or trying to do. If you tell them that you want layers and they seem a little confused, just keep looking because it’s also about what they’re capable of doing because you don’t want them to butcher your hair. it’s pretty self-explanatory, a stylist or barber who knows what layering is will have a pretty good idea of what to do.

skip one day for example shower monday, wednesday, friday, sunday , thats what I do. But it depends on the hair if I don’t shampoo it gets hella greasy so this is kinda my routine. In other days if you sweat just shower without shampoo also I don’t use conditioner because my hair is already soft and if I do it will make it flat! I have tried the 1 week without shampoo and totally hated it looked so greasy but again my hair! You can also just shampoo 2-3 times a week!
personally what i do is i take a shower everyday because of grease and sweat but i only use shampoo and conditioner every other day. I just cant handle the greasiness of not showering. I'd recommend you dont use shampoo every day because it is damaging to the hair, not sure about the other questions tho sorry.

I use the sea salt spray and and do the routine minus the hairspray from the kit. Then I use got2b glued and style it to have similar look then I use a hairspray over it. I know it’s a lot of products but I sweat easily and it hold ups for 8plus hrs and wind ain’t going to mess it up it holds so strong. But it won’t have the dry flowy look.
@@kriger5194 layers is how the haircut is cut. Essentially make sure it’s not all same length. Also with Asian hair with it being so fine, it helps to have person cut it to texturize it. Unfortunately with our hair though, it’s generally not as noticeable compared to a lighter hair color.

I would suggest wet your hair (wash it) then apply sea salt spray blow dry (after the blow dry probably still flat) just blow dry it straight to the front in ur face then do the flips with the straighterner and mess around with it after and then just finish it with hair spray if you want to. hope it helps

No. You want to use the maximum speed setting on your blow dryer. The trick is to push it down onto your forehead a bit after hair spraying it. That way it looks natural
