Three helpful tips I learned from other resources: 1: Bend your neck and let water flow from the back of head instead of front, as frontal hair is more fragile and prone to breakage. 2: Conditioner should only be applied on top half of hair, not on the scalp. Short hair doesn’t need as much conditioning as long hair. 3: Use sulfate-free shampoos
First tip is true also because hot water dries out your face, which is bad in general but worse if you have a skin condition like acne, since your body will think your face is super dry and start producing sebum like crazy, which will make your acne worse
Impossible for me to use sulfate free shampoos. I get severe psoriasis dandruff on my scalp and eyebrows since puberty, and in 15 years of trying everything, the only thing consistently suppressing it is to use the most powerful, medical sulfate shampoo possible at least once a week.
Out of so many videos out there, this one is the best and straight to the point! 👏🙌 Do you have a video like this but for women who have longer hair? Thanks in advance! 🙏😊
i started doing this a few weeks agp and my hair feels so much more fluffier and softer, i have short hair just like the doll. its surprising how well this actually worked
"I was what they call an assistant."... LOL I assisted it for 12 months and it was invaluable experience.. Even to this day, my cients love my shampoos and my 7 min scalp massages that make them PUTTY in my hands. A great shampoo experience is part of the service. Get in there and gently scrub. I hate getting "half-assed" shampoos, and that's all I ever get when I visit other salons. Someone gifted me a high-end blow out at a salon on Santa Monica Blvd about ten years ago, and jt was.a Japanese salon. There was a fully reclining hampoo BED. The guy scrubbed my head so magically, really sudsing up. It fekt amazing. White he massaged my head some other person massaged my FEET! OMG. It was heaven Oh, anf my hands were dipped in paraffin. No wonder it was a $150 service. I was unable to make a coherent sentence because I was so relaxed.
I need to do a better job on my shampooing. I've always concentrated more on the scalp than the ends of my hair. I'll condition my hair after I shampoo but I've noticed that after a day my ends of my front fringe gets oily fast.
Even if I put shampoo and conditioner on my hair, I feel like I need more because I put a lot in one spot and can’t distribute it all over my head because my hair is dense. Besides, my hair on the sides like to curl outwards, I don’t like that :(
You said use conditioner if your hair feels really dry but that it can also flatten out your hair. If my hair is both very dry and looses volume after shampooing what should i do?
I have long, thick hair (like well past shoulders), and I find there is often not much suds. Does that mean I need to do "two coats" or just use more? I typically use about a quarter size amount of shampoo. I also find it a lot less sudsy in the back and to a lesser extent on the sides. How much suds do you need to know the shampoo is working? Also, how long should you leave the conditioner in for?
Can You Suggest Me A Method For This. I can see my scalp no matter how I comb my hair hair. is it because my hair is thinning or hair loss etc. Pls Suggest me A method to overcome it. (i want my hair to look good even with short hair). I have short hair is it Normal ?
Simple really: Direct the shampoo lather to the scalp ONLY. Don’t forget the back of your head and behind your eyes. Avoid the strands. Conditioner should be directed to the strands ONLY.
Really important forgot to mention. After you shampoo you want to make sure that your ring out hair so its not dripping wet. That way the condtioner doesn't get deluded by water. Also not sure prob depends in person but I've heard you want to shampoo twice. Since first time shampoo doesn't really suds up or anything. Second time it does.
@@eub3429 well if you don't wash your hair often it well ensure to get rid of buildup and you can follow up with hair mask. Like let's say you wash hair once a week. I think a good cleansing routine is essential so your not piling products on hair that hasn't been fully washed out of product buildup

he did mention not having sopping wet hair for conditioner towards the end
i think shampooing twice will make your hair and scalp dry
