      Lenni Leem , yes it’s true, however, as we learn more about nutrition, I think it’s probably not American‘s fault for not understanding what is making them so obese. We are only recently gaining understanding of what the mechanisms of weight gain and weight loss actually are. Add to that little fact that the US government has been recommending a diet for the last 45 years that will eventually make every person fat.
      A lot of people are starting to understand that a ketogenic diet, fasting/Autophagy , and exercise will correct much of the damage that the standard American diet has created. Most people are prediabetic or diabetic, and they don’t even know it. Constant activation of the pancreas is what’s killing Americans. I could say a lot more, but you get the point.

    • @spokentruthfully
      @spokentruthfully 5 лет назад +5

      Truth! I don't know how many fat out of shape cops I've seen, but I know one thing several others most likely would have been shot if it was a fat out of shape cop running after him. Hell a fat cop would have jumped back into his car and drove around either losing the guy or finally getting to him in another 20 mins. That's why when my life or a loved ones life matters I only depend on myself to get the job done not the cops because who knows what kind of cop you'll get.

      Well the other point to the horn is to alert the person in front you're coming, his brakes might not have been capable of stopping him in time so he could basically be warning a tunnel vision'ed officer that he's in a bit of danger.
      A simple comparison would be a train horn. It's blowing to warn everyone to get out of the way because trains cannot stop on a dime or move out of the way.

Then we would be able to focus the training much more and end up with more officers like this one. Understand that when people say defund the police they are not saying get rid of police they are saying let's not make them a one size fits all force anymore and I think that just makes our police better because they will have more focus on their purpose.

Not only could the officer shoot(when he actually should), he was also able to hoof it all the way through the stores, a parking lot, and an open field without having a heart attack from being extremely over weight or way too old to have that job. After all that running and confusion he still had enough awareness to know when to take his accurate shot between the break in traffic. 15 is legal In Europe I’ve seen plenty of videos of officers in foot pursuit and they loose the suspect because they weren’t fast enough, or didn’t have stamina to keep up just for even 300-400 yards for the suspect to give up or get winded themselves. It’s a disgrace what I’ve also seen at this physical test when applying at the departments and agency need me. Physical fitness shouldn’t be an issue, plenty of guys get winded at 60-100 years ran.
