@@timsimmons9995I agree. Everyone is acting like white truck guy chased him. Sure he shot him from behind, but how do we know if red guy didn’t threaten him while walking back to truck to get weapon.
It’s definitely not first degree but maybe reckless homicide.
His attitude towards the cops was despicable. Cooperate if you’re the victim. His brother was no better, killing his own kid.
Thank you for pointing out how early he was grabbing for his gun.
These are two guys that would have started a bar fight for accidentally bumping shoulders in a crowded bar.
Something like that happened to me at a grocery store. I talked the guy down. He wanted to fight so bad but I gave him every reason not to. He walked away vibrating.
@@BirdDogey1 good job. Sometimes I even call them "Boss" or "Sir" just to make them leave. Those idiots Sometimes don't know how much heat you have on you
Correct. There was absolutely no reason to cuss someone out for speeding and the other dude had absolutely no good reason for starting a confrontation over being yelled at as he drove past. Now he's dead because he chose the wrong dude to confront.
What do you expect from a “Gonzales”
@@SM-si5cm They aren't sending us their best...
That was murder. And, like a coward, he shot an unarmed, fleeing man, in the back, and then LIED about the details.
Damn!!!
Hey this channel is just getting better everyday.
Great lesson to learn. Wow!!
Thank you John, your videos keep ccws humble 👊🏽. Looking good BTW 👍🏽
He felt justified in shooting the guy for driving too fast. Disgusting!
The other guy was dumb for threatening him, empty words that caused him his life, they're both hot heads
@@JohnnytNatural this
@@JohnnytNatural Yeah, both of them are nuts
Nuts saying slow down is not illegal but reversing down. The road backwards is illegal. Then getting out of your vehicle and aggressively accosting somebody for saying slow down is a form of assault. So criminal gotta come up ins.😮
@@krazyunicorn9538 well this is what you get when you cant fist fight without felonious jail time. Go big or go home essentially. Bring back fighting.
I can't imagine giving someone a warning shot while in fear for my life
On a legal standpoint, neither can the judge.
Dude. That was straight execution. Sickening.
The way he speaks says it all.
Remember...YOU win every fight that you avoid.
Nice
No. That's losing every fight, but winning your safety.
That's an INFINITIE times true. I remind myself of something similar to this every morning just to survive another day in peace in this evil world.
This guy is cold-blooded. Looks like he has killed someone before.
I was thinking the same...
Definitely a serial killer property needs to be searched
His use of the word "negative" has me thinking he may be ex Military of some sort. 🤔
@@charliesschroedingerthe way he pondered that word before saying it leads me to believe no he wanted to sound like an operator but he has NONE of the mannerisms.
@@charliesschroedinger Or he is a military cosplayer who watches too many gun youtube videos and thinks he's a tough operator.
Wow saying slow down is instigating a verbal altercation 😂😂😂😢😢
“I’m not arrested” -dude in handcuffs
The man has outrageous anger issues. First, he can't handle that someone challenged his criticism. Then he was mad at the cops for not frisking him right or something. It's always someone else's fault. He's been open carrying and waiting for any reason to use it.
In old west times they were called gunfighters.
Exactly
He didn't like that the victim had no issue or fear confronting him with a firearm in holster in clear site. He is probably used to people backing off when they see he is open carrying, and didn't like that this victim wasn't phased. Victim even looked calm after the warning shot walking back to his Bronco, didn't start running when the first shot rang out.
@@comanchecounty4149in the old west shooting an unarmed man in the back was called murder and people got arrested and hanged for it.
@@SolemnStacker Yea, this was murder, but that man chose to be a victim. 1. He started a confrontation over being yelled at by a stranger 2. He got out of his vehicle and approached the stranger. 3. He engaged in an argument over ego. 4. He falsely assumed the other guy was bluffing about shooting him. 5. He is now dead for those mistakes.
Two idiots meet and one happens to be armed
🤣two idiots indeed
Thank you John for setting the record Strait. Anyone watching this please understand,
YOU CANNOT SHOOT SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO DO SOMETHING TO YOU.
EVEN IF THEY SAY TYLER HAVE A GUN YOU STILL CAN'T USE YOUR FIREARM UNTIL THE OTHER PERSON SHOWS INTENT.
this guy had no reason to shoot that man. Total unjustified.
DON'T BE THAT GUY.
Dont think of what you did. Think of what they'll see and how it will be perceived. Alot to think on but man its worth it!!
Dude should be in prison for life he’s been waiting to kill someone
Not only is he a coward that couldn't fight, But he incriminated himself and he didn't even know it!
The thing you're missing is theres not a reason to fight.
Don't engage in petty aggression.
Mutual combat is thing (in many states) but why fight in the first place? It solves nothing.
@@nilssjoberg2522actually only two states have mutual combat just saying
