I would recomment swimming and walking. Also riding bike is a good exercise. Just make sure not to strain your joints too much. Also strength training will help you. Strenghtening your core can help prevent injuries in the back region. Of course also arms and legs should be trained. Just make sure not to overwork yourself. Better work with less weight in the beginning to make sure you can do the exercises with the right movement. This also helps prevent injuries. And if you can do the moves clean, you can take more weight. Also take care of your diet. For me Oats in the morning give me a lot of energy and help me feeling less hungry. Eat a ton of carrots/cucumber/everything with a lot of water in it that fills the stomach and doesn't really have calories. Prepare stuff to snack on which you enyoj but doesn't really burden your calorie intake. And also: start drinking more. I drink warm water/ tea in the morning as the first thing i do. Helps against the hunger and flushes the system. And do steps you think you can so. Try not to overburden yourself, set little goals eg how often in a week you want to exercise, or how many days you want to eat "clean". Stuff like that. Don't focus on your weight or measurements for that goal. The first thing to achieve is that you want to get a kind of routine in all of this. Then you can really "focus" on weightloss. And don't forget to take your weight and measurements before all of this. Don't just rely on one number, progress can come in different forms. Not loosing weight doesn't mean, that you don't have progress. Loosing circumference is more reliable. Hope this helps, I wish you success :)
