Great video! I have fibromyalgia and lipedema and I'm perimenopausal 😔 and cleaning has become so hard on me. I'm a SAHM and sometimes I don't even know how I'm doing it. I'm always looking for ways to make managing my home easier. Thanks for the tips, so helpful. Congrats on your pregnancy and best wishes for a safe and healthy delivery ❤
Thank you for covering this subject! I have several chronic illnesses...plus back problems...can't twist or bend over... CHF makes me weak, & im on a rollator..but housework to be done.. so, I make a short list and work on a time limit, because of tired out quickly...like for 15 minutes, fold clothes. Or take things in a rolling cart from room to room, where it belongs... cleaning bathroom, keep simple.. get rid of clutter really helps. Thanks for your suggestions! ❤KY
I think this subject is so not talked about and needs to be. There are people like me and the others above that do have chronic pain or are older with mobility issues. And you do need to find a new way of doing things sometimes even if you have been doing things a certain way forever. I had to figure most of it out on my own. Like having a laundry trolly. It takes up a bunch of room that I don’t have. But it helps me have it sorted already and I can push it to the laundry room where it needs to go. Cause carrying a basket just isn’t feasible. I also have rib pain, so I feel for you. Unfortunately, mines not going away. And you don’t realize how much you use a certain area of your body until you can’t use it! Thanks so much for the video. And I would love more ideas like this if you have time with your new baby.
Thank you for sharing this. It can be such a challenge, but you’re not alone, and sharing what’s working for you can be such an encouragement to others. Hang in there.
