This was my first time on your channel. Just subscribed. Loved your ideas, wisdom, and the tiny emphasis clips - what fun. I find myself using both cleaning methods. My husband and I are empty-nesters but with grandkids who come over to play, eat, and bathe at least once a week. I like to tidy almost every night but the actual cleaning - that's a marathon every week or two. The deeper cleaning is my struggle as well as decluttering. Where do I consistently fit that in? I work parttime and am a volunteer counselor at my church. So much to do, so little time.
The right way is the way you're going to stick with. That's the key for sure. Sprint seems to work for me, but once in a while, I get in the mood to do a cleaning frenzy lol
I think it's hilarious that people are referring to 3-4 hour time periods of cleaning as "marathon" cleaning sessions, when in my world marathon cleaning is 12-15 hours of cleaning, and a sprint is a 20 minute pick up and wipe.

I love this! Sounds like a great combination of both! 😊

Haha, same here! 😊
When I worked I cleaned on Saturday mornings. Now I prefer to do certain jobs on certain days. We also tidy the house in the morning and evening.
It’s great how different things work in different life seasons! 😊

I can’t do speed-cleans, as I get bored.
The "right way" is the way that makes it possible for you to get your home to the level of clean you need/want.
Absolutely! 👍
