I've hit sawn off shots so long that a full follow through feels so good. And has changed my swing. I basically got to a 2.8 handicap swinging in a mixed ugly make up swing of a mix of Jon Rahm, Scottie scheffler with a held off follow through like tommy Fleetwood. I literally swing 3/4 to 3/4 with a foot slide. No where anywhere as good as them but only played golf for 3 and half years I'm 34 years old with 2 broken unfixed ankles and a partial torn Achilles that is fused back together with bone. But working out I'm finally confident getting into a full swing.
Posting in a balanced pose after contact is such a struggle and so frustrating. Driver distance is relatively good, but iron distance is less than optimal. I would so spend the money for lessons from a topped notched instructor like yourself, but don’t know of any in the central valley of California. If you know of anyone, please let me know. Thank you so much for the awesome videos, keep them coming.
Thanks for the comment! Not sure of any local coaches, but I have some free and paid training resource you are welcome to take at look at - the links are in the description.
Thanks for the comment I appreciate it! Do 5 rehearsals for every ball you hit. Hard to say how many it will take because everyone is different. Even once you get the hand of it, it helps to use this exercise in your warm up to synchronize your movements.
Thanks guys. I find it a real struggle, after floating down into my lead leg, back to the target, to get back around to hitting the ball and I cannot understand why?? I often really race the club back and away around to the ball leading to poor contact etc. Any ideas why (I know you'd really need to see my swing to comment accurately, but some general ideas)?
🚩 What aspect of your game do you feel needs the most improvement?
long swing and reducing dynamic loft at impact most likely bad dynamic loft is caused by my long swing because i can't get my hands in front of body
Driver. Pushing and slicing
This 6 minute video fixed what hours of lessons could not 👍🏼
Love to hear it!
This is a video. It does a great job explaining how to shift my weight instead of just bumping my hips out.
I'm glad you found it helpful! Thanks for the comment 👍
Love it. Been having some trouble with the weightshift. Will be implementing this!
Happy to help! Thanks for the comment 👍

Excellent drill guys.
Thanks Ron!
How many times would you need to do the drill before getting the flow gents? Some great videos lately 👍

Hi Mark, thanks for the comment! It could be that your tempo is off in transition causing you to rush.
How does the head move during all of this body movement? I’ve always understood to keep the head ‘quiet’ and still
Some movement is ok. Your head should stay within your knees.
