FYI you only need 3 mighty bananas to get to Level 3. You can also get Level 3 attack boosts with 2 mighty bananas and then 2 or more mighty thistles (which are everywhere). So in theory 2 mighty banana, 2 mighty thistle, and a horn would give you a 30min level 3 attack boost
Hey, guys I wanted to share my favorite elixir recipes. Attack: 1 Bladed Rhino Beetle 2 Mighty Porgy fish 1 Bokoblin fang and finally 1 Dragon Horn of your choice. This creates a +3 30min attack elixir and depending on when you cook it several hearts. Defense will be the same as Attack but replace your bug and fishes with the equivalent Defense ingredients. That's Rugged Rhino Beetle and Armored Porgy for those of you that do not know. PS: Just so you are aware Beetles can only be found between 7 & 7pm on trees. My favorite farming places are Great Plateau for Attack Beetles & Faron Grasslands for Defense Beetles. Edit 2: Finally found the mixture for Stamina 1 Energetic Beetle 3 Bright-Eyed Crabs and a Bokoblin Fang. This will restore 3 Wheels of stamina. So basically it will fully energize you once you drink it.
Yeah it makes you invulnerable to lightning but not to shocks right? Isn’t that what the rubber suit is for? I need to test them cause I just thought about how the helm says lightning proof and rubber suit says shock proof.

That’s a smart way to train against lynels! I learned how to fight them by tilting off the face of the earth on my first play through fighting the lynel on top of Zoras domain 😅
My favorite place to go for hearty durians is satori mountain, use the Mogg Latan shrine teleport and go 120 degrees around the mountain, and there will be a circle of heart durian trees, and you can get 10 hearty durians
The best Fireprooof recipe i found so far was this: 3 Fireproof Lizards (can be found in edin canion and on death mountain) 1 Red Chuchu Jelly (just put any Chuchu Jelly close to fire and you have some) and 1 Shard of Dinraal's Horn. (Intercept him north of Death mountain, near the Lynel) - This will give You Level 2 (!!) Fire Resistance for 30 Minutes. You definitely need red Chuchu Jelly and you definitely need Dinraal's Horn. If you preplace either of both, the Potion will drop down to Level 1. The Explanation for this is, that monster parts have levels just the same as critters and ingredients do. Chu Chu Jelly is a Level 3 monster Part, but the exact variant of Chuchu Jelly does change the strength of the effect as well. There is a similar cold reistance recipe. 3 Warm Darner (pretty much all over the place, for example in central hyrule) 1 red Chuchu Jelly and 1 Dinral's Horn. Level 2 Cold resistance potion that lasts for 30 Minutes. And last but not least - with 3 Cold Darners (Tabantha Frontier or Hyrule Ridge, but also sold by Maypin at the Gerudo Canyon Stable) 1 white Chuchu Jelly (drop regular in cold region or hit with an ice sword) and 1 Shard of Naydra's Horn (intercept him at Lanayru East Gate, located west of Lanayru Mountain) will give you a Level 2 heat resistance potion that lasts for 30 Minutes as well.
The best ingredients for attack or defense up is the Porgys that are found pretty much everywhere in the ocean. Three porgys and a dragon horn gets you full attack or defense boost. When it comes to elemental resistance it's the trout, you only need two trout to get full elemental resistance whether it be heat, cold, or electric, couple with dragon horn for full timer as well. For stealth you just need three silent princesses (plus dragon horn) and you are good. It's only speed that requires four parts and a horn to get full effect. Of course bananas are plentiful as well but I just thought I should mention the highest level ingredients and how you can make the best food with as few ingredients as possible. It opens up to make more fun cooking than just mighty simmered fruit.
@@100PercentZelda tbh I'm really struggling to even kill the two guardian scouts in the shrine near the central tower since I haven't played in about 2 years. also because my weapons just seem to no barely any damage at all. died like 10 times to them before i went back to normal mode and started a new playthrough there
one thing you didn't mention is that if you cook with dragon horns, there is a chance to raise the food up one level, so what I do is I gather the ingredients for the second to last level and then use a dragon horn, for example, to get level 2 fireproof I use one fireproof lizard, a bokoblin horn and a dragon horn, save before cooking an then cook, then I reload and repeat until the recipe gives me a level 2 fireproof the same with the food that can reach level 3, I just use the ingredients enough for level 2 and use a dragon horn and save and reload until I get the level 3 food.
@@100PercentZelda Really? Cool, I discovered it by chance when I wanted to do a fireproof elixir and I used only one fireproof lizard because yeah you only need level one, I thought it was a glitch at first but then it happened again, so from then on I saved every time I cooked experimenting with buffs and it works on every recipe. It takes a few saves and reloads tho.
If you keep getting zapped while grinding Farosh's horn, then consider using full 2 star rubber armor, each piece gives shock resistance and the set bonus unlocked at 2 stars is shock proof.

Cook 5x hearty durians for full health plus 20 yellow hearts.. This dish carried me through the game till I got permanent hearts. Right next to Faron tower you can find a good hand full. And another 5 or 6 trees just south west of Mogg Latan shrine, (east of central hyrule)
I have also found endura shrooms in the forest behind the wetland stable and I have found the yellow mushrooms ( the ones for shock resistance I forgot the name 😅) on the path to Zoras domain that you take around the beginning of the game ( I found most of them near the beginning of the path) also there is silent princess in korok forest ( for those who don’t know they are at the sword that seals the darkness pedestal where you pull it out) and you can but mighty bananas in Kara Kara bazaar also I don’t know if you mentioned it in the video but you can also find hearty radishes behind the wetland stable hope these few tips help 😁
is there a gear that give heat resistance 2 ? or we need a dish or ice weapon ? only the horne have value or the other dragon bits dose somthing ? (scales and claws)
Maybe I misunderstood the mechanics of Monster Extract, but doesn't it have three separate randomizing effects? Because if that's the case, while still less reliable than dragon horns, with good rng does monster extract has the chance to add a lvl, make it 30 min, and add some hearts, all at the same time? I also thought fairies could add hearts too, so one could make a fireproof elixir with monster extract, butterfly, and three fairies to (potentially) get a 2nd tier 30 min fireproof elixir with some hearts (I think like 3+5*3=18?). I don't know for sure though.
Ok, I tried it but the fairies overridden the fireproof elixir and it turned into the fairy one. But a fairy and single palm fruit resulted in a 12 heart healing dish so fairies do seem to help with food at least. Three porgies, a fairy, and a horn resulted in 3rd tier 30 min mighty fish skewer that heals 22.75 hearts.

Thank you, it is still more advanced than I am out at this moment. But I will get there. I’ve only been playing Zelda for four days.
I have a question about note is amiibo cards also work?

A really cool thing in the desert is hitting a normal chuchu jelly to get a short boost against the heat
that's true! I think carrying one will do the same things
@@100PercentZelda Yes it’s very useful but not known by a lot of people
Thx that helps me more than the other Videos from other RUclipsr
Did you make a video where you showed how you get endless material so food and stuff or do you have to farm it?
how do you mean? You still have to farm almost everything =(
@@100PercentZelda really i Think that you have a Bug for that, that you have 999 Apel or other thinks but i really have to Farm it? 😂😂😂 Nice
Have you ever thought about modding breath of the wild? There’s loads out there and it’s pretty cool :O
Also this video was great, very useful info
I wanted to, but then I realized that you were putting your switch at great risk.
I thought about it, but I'm too lazy to try it out =P
@@Kluetoromi how?
@@thepersonwhodoesntknowhowt5257 In order to mod, you need to put your switch in a "customization mode" and when you are switching the modes back and forth, you can break the switch.
@@thepersonwhodoesntknowhowt5257 You can also play botw through WiiU emulation on something called Cemu. (For PC) In my experience, its kind of annoying to set up all the mods you want and it also requires a pretty powerful PC
Cook 5x hearty durians for full health plus 20 yellow hearts.. This dish carried me through the game till I got permanent hearts. Right next to Faron tower you can find a good hand full. And another 5 or 6 trees just south west of Mogg Latan shrine, (east of central hyrule)
I know this isn’t related but y’all notice how well the windcleaver fits with the fierce deity outfit? Looks almost like the fierce deity sword
I never thought to try that!
Croton has a good effects guide on how bonuses work
He sure does! I've learned a lot from that video
one of the easiest sub for me...thanks a lot!! :3
I'm so late. Thanks! Hope you've enjoyed everything!
Needed this‼️
Yay! Happy to help!
So helpfull
Thanks!!
happy to help! =P You're welcome!
These are good tips! Thanks!
Amazing, what a great wealth of help and knowledge. Thank you!
You're welcome!
Great video Niko! See you next time!
thanks! And I'll see YOU next time =)
GREAT topic for a video
thanks so much! =)
is there a gear that give heat resistance 2 ?
or we need a dish or ice weapon ?
only the horne have value or the other dragon bits dose somthing ?
I did one last test. After 2 save scums I made a 2nd tier fireproof elixir (30 min) with 1 fire proof lizard, 1 Bokoblin horn, and 1 Monster extract.
I'm so late... did you figure it out?
Your a true legend ❤ Thank you so much for your time I surely love your video I just started to play this I blame my brothers got me addicted 😂 I'm true Zelda fan this is my childhood game, I made 5 hot chilles that game 12 minutes ❤ have a great day 😊
