Mitsubishi Tensei AV Blue - Golf Club Fitting

Mark Gunther, VP of Sales & Marketing for Mitsubishi Golf Shafts talks about the technology of the Tensei AV Blue with Devoted Golfer Producer Russ Ryden. Russ fits with Mitsubishi shafts at Fit2Score in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. The camera on Mark was out of focus, but the explanation of the Tensei AV Blue technology was too good to not publish the discussion.

The EI chart from MCA shows the AV Blue closer to the CK Pro Blue than the CK Blue but all 3 are so similar only a tour pro could tell the difference.

They are different materials used in the shaft, CK will be more stable and a bit softer in the middle section of the shaft. AV is a Aluminum Vapor material that is injected into the shaft. AV will have a more stout feeling, hence stronger materials used.
