* Ingredients (serves 1) *
1 portion of ramen noodles
Your favourite ramen toppings
- for the miso ramen broth -
1/2 spring onion (10g)
1 clove garlic
A little piece of ginger (about 1/2 teaspoon)
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
400ml water
1 tablespoons sake
1 & 1/2 tablespoons mirin
1/2 vegetable stock cube
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons red miso paste
2 teaspoons unsweetened smooth peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
A pinch of white pepper
