Easy Steamed Vegan Dumplings with Rice Paper
These steamed vegan dumplings are a kind of cheat version of Chinese crystal dumplings. These dumplings are not only delicious but also vegan and healthy. Perfect for an easy and satisfying dim sum at home!

Love this recipe, it reminds me of the good old times. I remember the times when I didn’t like tofu…so I thought. Then I met Chinese ppl in a dormitory lol. Fresh tofu from any Asian supermarket is so pure and versatile. Now we have it every week including MueMue style 🐻💜.
Haha, you had the bet tofu teachers in the dormitory! Yeah most of my British friends say about tofu - “a boring white block”😆, but if they knew how to cook it, then they’d like it, I think. Also the quality and taste of tofu in the local market in the UK and the West has improved so much in the last few years. Hopefully people will enjoy tofu more! 🐻❤

My Microwave is 1000kw so how long should I put it to cook please?
I've never use 1000kw microwave, but I would think 2 minutes on one side and 1 and half minutes other side. If it's not crispy enough when you take it out from the microwave, then adds 10 seconds more until crispy. I hope it helps! 🤗

I just used plain old mushy rice Soy and everything bagel. I didn't use a microwave, but a cast iron skillet.very easy and crunchy. Net time use the oven. I loved it thank you !!

We had anko filled kinako matcha mit motchis in Nara. It was vegan and it was soooo good and freshly made. Unfortunately my German colleagues didn’t like it. Well screw them 😂.

@@FuriFuriKitchen oh I’m so happy for you having another beautiful vacation💙💙💙💙. Pls copycat the black sesame ramen if you have time. I haven’t seen anything familiar yet. There’s also a place called Uzo(?) which is in front of the TeamLab Exhibition in Tokyo. Their ramen resemble your creamy ramen recipe with the cherry tomatoes and arugula. I’m in London end of this month so I’m excited for the vegan stuff they serve there. Gaz Oakley mentioned they had great vegan ramen places too.
@@MalaAnsoo Thank you! Uzo ramen sounds great, I’ll go there next time! Also I’ll try to do my best to copycat the black sesame ramen (then I don’t have to flight to Tokyo for the ramen😂). There is also a place called “Uno Yukiko” in Kyoto, their soy milk ramen is pretty impressive too😋 But seriously I needed more time for trying other ramen places! Aw you are visiting to London soon! I hope you’ll have a wonderful time and have a lot of nice vegan food in there. My favourite vegan place in London is “The Waiting Room Cafe” in Deptford (my old neighbourhood🤗). They have great coffee and burgers and vibes! I miss London so much 🐰
@@FuriFuriKitchen thx for the recommendation I’ll definitely check it out. Yeah I miss London too, that’s why I’m visiting 😆. Best city in Europe. I mispronounced it, it’s called Uzu and it’s in Kyoto and Tokyo, but Kyoto is too busy so you have to make reservations 2 weeks in advance. I went to a ramen place called Towzen in Kyoto. They serve also very heavy and creamy soy ramen. They also have a black sesame version. In Osaka I can recommend Saijiki aside from ramen. I went there every day and their Mapo Tofu just tastes like your recipe 🥰 . Another great place is Sukhasana Pozzuoli where they serve vegan pizza. I loved their miso base pizza with aubergine.
