Homemade Starbucks Egg Bites - High Protein, Healthy, Easy Breakfast

- For all my broke b*tches who can't afford the Starbucks egg bites, this recipe makes for 14 egg bites that are high protein, healthy,, pretty low calorie, and tasty.
For the base:
-1.5c cottage cheese
-3 eggs
-3 egg whites
Toppings
-Sauteed veggies
-Cheese
Put in air fryer for 20 min at 350, or in oven (I preferred them in oven).

Where did you get your molds? Did the silicone carrier come with it or was that separate? I recently bought my own molds and they look so much smaller than the egg bites from Starbucks, but yours look like the same size and yet the mold looks like mine. Also, what do you do with the three egg yolks you don't use for this recipe. Do you put water in the oven when you cook them in the oven? I made a version of these today in my air fryer (not your recipe) and was very disappointed.
Save the egg yolks for an unhealthy carbonara for dinner 😂
Or use egg whites that come in a container. It’s what I do.
