      i always freeze my breads/muffins when i buy them and then i take it directly out the freezer and put it in an air fryer at 180c for 5 mins, flipping it half way. the bread always tastes so good this way. and i never worry about bread going stale cos its in my freezer

    Thanks for the recipe. I made them - they are good, but honestly, they’re such a dense protein hit I feel like they sit in your stomach for the rest of the day. I struggle to get my other meals in because I just don’t feel like eating! Maybe good for some people but I’ll stick with something lighter for breakfast I think.

    • @VengeanceFalls
      @VengeanceFalls 4 месяца назад

      Honestly that’s kinda the point of protein and 35 is kinda low for a meal…45 or 50 is better per meal x 4 meals a day.

    • @Saladzingers
      @Saladzingers 4 месяца назад

      @@VengeanceFalls I think it’s hard to get that in with real food in a way that feels good. I’m not into woo but to a point you do have to listen to your body - if your gut can take 4x meals containing 50g of protein a day, all power to you. I use Huel because it’s got a good amount of fibre in; I can get what need protein-wise in a day without packing my bowels solid and my “real” meals can be a little more natural in their macros.

  • @jamesreed2888

    Made these twice. Amazing recipe and great for saving time and money.
    The only problem that I found is that the eggs do not cook in 20 minutes in my oven, more like 30 if i mix the cooked parts with the runny parts periodically. I see hes putting his towards the top so maybe if I set the oven to broil and put the eggs on the top rack it will work better.
