Mike it's so good to see you back on RUclips again brother to tell you the truth I missed Bass 👮♂️🚔🚓 Cop . The coolest cop I've ever known
It's a busy time of the year for me! I have some more content coming just gotta manage my time to edit and upload!
Great product. Just thought of a great addition for the next upgrade. A 5A remote output you could run to all those amps.
Can't u just daisy chain on the remote input like all amps?
No
those guys at audiopipe be thinking this is exactly what i need ....everything ive got from them has been very impressive
This looks badass....boost my sonys measly 2v to 9 too?hell yea!
Man if they just add adjustable voltage out even if it's preselect. Say 5v, 6v, 7v,8v,9v, & 10v you have a perfect product. I could use this inline with DSP to run multiple small mono amps that do not have signal pass through.
Doesn't the knob control voltage? I just bought this but install bay has one with adjustable voltage for $19.
No the supplied knob does no control line voltage, it only controls bass boost
Why adjustable voltage? Do some amps not like 10v in the RCA input?
I shall be getting for my '86 Cutlass rebuild and my '03 Yukon
this is proof most cops are normal people just doing a job, someone has to do it.
Thank you!
Very nice I’m going to try it out
I just order one without bass knob. Question about the RCA's going from my aftermarket stereo, Do I connect sub RCA in the input and another set of RCA to amp or just use sub output directly to my sub amp?
Yes, sub to SPLIT input and from SPLIT to sub amp(s)
Im late as hell with this comment. My radio onlu has one set of rca outputs for front or rear. I got an eq to split the signals. Can i use this to boost the signal with the eq?
Yes you can
Perhaps I missed it… but does remote turn on wire need to wired into this AND my amp?? Also, should I plug in bass remote to this unit or to my amp??
Yes power and remote is needed, and just plug your knob in line with it like you normally would
hi are there talks about releasing a unit with more that 3 outputs or a pass thru to feed another splitter? What about an integrated level control for each channel. Currently Rolls DA134 is the only one Ive seen that will split 4 ways with built in LC for each channel. Ive used these 3003 units and they do work. Would love to see a new model with more outputs and built in level control in the future
Not that I'm aware of
Was looking at these on both the Audiopipe and Amazon websites. None of Audiopipe SPLIT-3003RCA show pics or talk about the bass knob connection. So is that unit even on the market yet?
It is, it's part # is SPLIT-3003RMT
I would like to do videos for audiopipe. #TeamAudiopipe
How many amps can you run off of it?
I understand that runs up to three subwoofer amplifiers but I'm wondering will it work for my application I am running 2 5000 w class d amplifiers each amp is connected to 2 subwoofers but one of my amplifiers is at 180° because the speakers are inverted the other is at 0° because the speakers are flush I have the RCA from my radio running directly to the inverted amp and that amplifier has line out so I use those to run the other amp that is set as 0° but I don't feel comfortable with it anyways I'm trying to get two separate signals that don't bump into each other so I can have one amp at 180 comfortably and the other as 0° comfortably will this work for this particular application
So I can run one set of rcas of my head unit to this unit and run 2 4 channels and a 1 channel amp ?
Some amps do not like high voltage RCA input. So how can we step this down to say 5v?
Will this work if you got a eq or crossover
Yes
So my amp is not blow if I have one audio pipe equalizer
I cant find it with the bass know.
Need e-bay link.
Can only find it without
Problem with this is if ur mids n highs amps will only accept say 6v ur overdrivin ur amps.
See that's exactly what I thought
can you turn down out voltage.?
Would I need a line out converter to connect this to my factory head unit
Nope! Just put it inline with the RCA'S off of the LOC like you would a regular head unit!
So how many of you got one of these and they stopped working?
I've never had one stop working, buy doing some testing a couple of weeks ago it's putting out way to much voltage
@@Basscop that's crazy. Maybe I'll stick to my nvx or lc2i
Yeah I may be switching to something different
@@Basscop well this sucks LOL I just bought it because of this video looks like I'm going to return it
Audiocontrol has a lc2i i had one for 5 years before it finally craped out. Up to 9v out but only 2 out puts mids and subs. It was good while i had it. Mite go pick up one of these though
Awsome and these will be prices reasonably as all Audiopipe products are!
Can any one tell me what the exact dimensions are for this unit. Says 8x8 but unless his hand is huge is not the right size
When will it be available I have the older version
Should be available in a couple of months
Exactly what I wanted to know. I was going to buy one but I guess I’ll wait for the bass knob
is the 10v adjustable? some amp only takes up to 5v
Good question, no it is not adjustable. A lot of amps like some AP for example, some won't take 10v either but will only see their maximum input of say 5v no matter if you feed it 10v or not. Hope explained that to make sense.
yes I understand..but if your doing 5v at say 50%(no clip) volume and 10v at 100%(no clip) volume, after the 50%mark no matter how high you set your volume your amp just wont play louder. kind of defeat the purpose no?
@@masterpeon9566 it won't get any louder just cleaner, crisper, more clarity, better SQ if you have a good
quality head unit & speakers to begin
with.
Can you wire this in with your headunit hot wire ground and remote... or will that give sound interference through your speakers
I wouldn't recommend it, most cars are set to 10 amps on that circuit and having more on it would potentially cause problems
#Basscop so run it to the battery and ground it and run the remote to radio and amp remote wires.
Yes, just like you would be hooking up an amplifier
Is the voltage adjustable or is this 10 volts right out the gate
Not adjustable
@@Basscop but isn't 10v on amps RCA input lines bad? I thought most amps do not like anything over 6v for RCA?
We're can I find one just like that from
They will be available soon
Amazon
How would i go to hooking up 2 pioneer gm- 8604 4channel amps with this i have a pioneer headunit with front and rear rcas for one 4 channel amp already
Just run your RCA's from your head unit to the SPLIT, then left/right front/rear to the amplifier
Do i have to use the knob control with this? Or can i just run my rcas to this. Rca box with out messing with my volts or do i have to use that power ground and remote plug to use it?
Are these available yet?
Yes
@@Basscop were cuz I don't see them anywere? I check Ebay and Amazon with ther correct model and I see ther photos but dont see the bass knob or the input for it
The newest ones with know are the SPLIT-3003RMT. They just literally arrived on the boat a few days ago so all distributors and dealers are awaiting them to be shipped now
@@Basscop yeah I been waiting for quite a while to purchase one
Soon! Very soon. They will be available
can you adjust volts
No you can not
Do anyone know the price
No price on it yet, I'm guessing around $30 give or take. It will be priced accordingly as is all Audiopipe products.
Could you use that on a smaller set up with a bass processor.
Yes, shouldn't be a problem
I had something similar to this from Audiopipe and it was garbage. I still have it boxed up somewhere. It was a line driver, and it added noise to my system. I'm no novice at car audio. With the gain turned down it was still hissing, and there was nothing wrong with my ground.
So it has 3 inputs front, rear, and sub and it has 9 out puts per channel?
1 question..what if you didn't wanna use that bass knob and wanted to use your lc-1. Could you take the front, rear, and sub and take some rca splitters and make all them into say all sub channels could you do that? If not why?
Yes you could. I currently am not running this version and I'm running multiple amps with an LC1
@LaZy 4 Life it is front, rear, sub input and front, rear, sub output ×3
@@Basscop so it's basically a cock box
Yes, but boost your voltage and sub control now!
Does the knob only control the sub outputs or will it effect ALL of the out puts ¿
@Anthony Brown The knob only controls the sub output
