Well, they're based popular Japanese designed toys; Super Mario Party features a version of toy baseball. They're more culturally relevant in Japan since here in the West there were equivalents in Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots and Foosball
The fact you can tilt one of the Switches in the river to form a waterfall is pretty amazing. Still disappointed one of the 51 games isn't Go, though (especially since all the required assets are already being used for Gomoku).
Do we know who the developer is? I guess it's NDCube? That means this is developed in-house (the DS game wasn't). This looks so much better than Super Mario Party (more content/more options).
I can't believe we're all so excited for a collection of old-ass games we could've been playing the physical versions of for years already. I need it bad!
Wow this looks like the perfect game to have in my library. It's always nice to have a little game collection with multiplayer and variety is always nice. (Also with quarantine going on, this is a good game to have from the looks of it.)
This game needs: A leader board of some kind, A ranking system so you can get matched up with players of your own skill, A timer so ppl don't take too long, And hopefully some kind of mechanic to prevent rage quitting, or a surrender button,
@@occamsaturn Battle tanks is online, but not team tanks. Back to team tanks, I can kinda understand considering it's just you and someone else globally against AI, with no real way to communicate on the fly (nintendo we're talking about here) plus I think versus is the main thing we all wanna play online. If versus was cut, we'd groan even louder, so should be happy we got versus online. Also, the devs of this are ND Cube.
Guardian hey Guardian, what's up? My birthday is on June 15th. I think Clubhouse Games is said to release (hopefully) on June 5th, but I put a reserve on it through the e-shop.
Guardian I hope we keep in touch because I'll get you a birthday gift then. I'm hoping things return to normal soon because the Nintendo direct was pushed to June, and now there's rumors about that not going on then either.
Question, when you talked about the app in fact 1, you said "So that's local play, but what about online" at the end. Does that mean that the app only works locally? If I had a friend in another country, do they have to buy the game too?
Yah For Free multiplayer apps. Very few Switch games have this, but it's always nice when they do. Probably would be more common if they had the download play app carry over from the DS/3DS
In the previous Club House Games, you could unlock and choose themes to play in your games. I wouldn't be surprised if there were more themes than just the mario ones in this game.
The way local play works kinda sounds like the return of download play, a limited number of games that can be played by downloading from one copy of the game to another nearby console
Unlike the original Wii play tanks, your balls can go through you and not hit you. Also reversi, seems like it has two styles, one with a yellow background and (possiblely) smaller peices and a green and (possiblely) larger peices.
Probably unlikely but i wonder if darts uses the IR camera for depth perception. Since in real life darts you aim by puting the dart infront of your face before throwing. Think of it like Wii Play Billiards but with the IR sensor in the inverse direction.
Do we know if the free app also supports the multi-Switch games? One thing that sucked about Super Mario Party is that everyone needed a Switch and a copy of the game to be able to play the banana game, Shell-Shocked with custom battlefields, etc. If friends with the app could could use their Switches as additional screens, that would be fantastic!
It's fun that you call it a "foosball table" after the German word "Fußball", while we in Germany call it a "Kickertisch" after the English word "kick". :D
@Gamexplain yo guys should update the analysis machine. It didnt scan the Slot Cars game correctly, since im pretty sure its the same one thats in the 3Ds Mii Plaza
@@funnyman352 Yeah, I just saw that Billiards is included. All top down which is a bit unfortunate, but hey we finally have online-enabled Billiards on the Switch so I can play with my friends
Aggg its like the options of 3ds for local play, but... another console to play? Its not cheaper have 2 swich. Sadly with Wii U that can be solved (Two players at least), or can be creating a app on 3ds to play... can be a possible solution and a bit less expensive than have two swich's.
6:15 Football refers to group of sports, it's not a singular sport. Just like how many sports follow under the term Billiards. Nah I understand, at least VS tank is online.
GDKsan that’s true, but it would be so much fun to play together online
Remember how bad nintendo’s online capability is. This would be near impossible to play with that much lag
i hate how they cut independent aiming :/
So this is why Super Mario Party doesn't have DLC, because they were busy making this
Super Mario Party was a tech demo for Clubhouse Games
And maybe they could use see what they learned from this for Super Mario Party 2
Christon Adams I think you mean new super Mario party 12 because it’s Nintendo and that’s how they name stuff

Yeah lol I noticed too
With piano this is officially the sequel to Action 52
This looks extremely pleasant, if this came out around the switches release it would have sold extremely well.
Rose Barrett agree
Imagine if this was released with maybe a few more games to better show off the Joycon technology instead of 1 2 Switch
Honestly if they bundled all of 1 2 switch into this game they probably wouldn’t lose money, I don’t think that game sold well at all
