wii bowling has absolutely nothing to do with clubhouse games. clubhouse games bowling for the original ds was actually horrible. the game is incredibly nastolgic
It *does* say in the Trivia section that one of the names for it is "Crazy Eights", so more likely that Uno is based off of the public domain game. Seems to be a trend with the games included in this collection: they bear the common name of a game that was branded by a company, to the point where the company is given all of the credit. Kind of sad, but then again, that's Capitalism™.
I like how each game intro vaguely shows you the basics of said game, especially the most complex games in this collection (i.e. chess, shogi and riichi mahjong), thus encouraging you to read the "How to Play" section before playing first time. The two adult figures, Russell and Naomi, and their witty commentary make these intros fun to watch. Plus, I recognize the voice of Rita, the girl figure, from WarioWare Gold as the voice of the "Mysterious Girl".
The little girl figurine is voiced by the same actor who voiced Lulu in Warioware Gold. To the 2% of comments with Déjà vu, you're welcome. Good thing she's getting more rolls. I reckon "Warioware: Switch It Up!" ain't happening anytime soon.
12:26 go! is my favorite I’m so pumped for it there’s not many places where you can play in my area and is hard to find players online for online games so this will make me able to play it with my family and friends!
I was really sad to find out it was gomoku and not go. Because I didn’t want to see any previews or read any reviews, I didn’t learn about this until I bought the game :(. BUT still worth it.
I have no idea what their relationship to each other even is like are they parents and their kids are they just board game pals like what's the deal with them I need to know
Idk why, but the voice of the woman reminds me of Garnet, the girl's voice was a little like Amethyst (Steven universe for both) ; but what struck me the most was the man: even at the beggining, he gave me Ryuji (Persona 5) vibes, but what sold me on that idea was Last card
@skeemag jr Woo! I knew it! The same person also voiced Rose in Fallout 76 with a similar voice. So I looked that up and sure enough, she did her too. It amuses me because WarioWare and Fallout are two very different games. XD
Interesting to see the European and American Spanish VAs mixed with each other (at 57:49) - for instance, Víctor Ugarte is Mexican while Jordi Salas is from Spain
@@crazyluigi6664 Not cringey in a bad way. Nine Man's Morris and Last Card are examples. The kind where you smile, roll your eyes and go "yeah yeah, I see where this is going." I will say I love the energy the actors are giving.

Can we talk about how satisfying this game is to look at and hear? It looks and sounds so good.
It reminds me of 1 2 Switch
It’s satisfying to look at, but the voices sound like the most Americanized family friendly show.

I LOVE the voice acting in this game. It’s so cute!
It sounds like their from an American sitcom which perfectly suits the game.
“It’s not as cute as it looks”
42:00 Is this some sort of Starfox 64 reference? His audio intentionally changes to sound like it came right from that game....
Ye I think it is
It didn’t change on my copy of the game, so I think it might have been a recording issue on GameXplain’s end.
It’s not in the og but maybe the channel found that is was from starfox and added the sound to it, because it sounds intentional

THEY'RE FIGURINES
THEY'RE PLAYING BILLIARDS
In Billiards, you smack balls around with a pole. You try to get all the balls in the holes.
