Here a better deal, make money from the first day. Have a bypass toll road that runs 8-miles, no speed limit! Enter at your own risk, adults only! You can drop off the kids at the Gameroom with an outdoor pool just before the toll box. Every person who pays the toll receive a 6-pack of coke. A layout of the set-up of lots with contacts to lease to build to suit. The straight away will turn into a figure-8 with safe offside road for side parking into high performance businesses. WHAT TAMPA REALLY NEEDED WAS A DRAG RACING TRACK FOR THE PEOPLE THAT WANT TO DRIVE FAST ON 301 AND OTHER ROADS AND HIGHWAYS. AND IT NEEDED TO BE AFFORDABLE. THIS LOOKS TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE DEALING WITH INFLATION WITH NO WAGE INCREASES.
