instead of using a pick should i just use my hands gently because when I wake up my hair is flat. And also is camielle rose cocoa nibs and honey oil good?
To prevent the flat look you could tie your hair up/put it in a protective style and yes you could use your hands with water and then put in your oil also honey will work best depending on your hair porosity if your hair has a hard time in absorbing water then you have low porosity and honey oils will work best but if you have an easy time absorbing water than you have high porosity and honey wouldn’t be best Hope that helps
@@isaiascaines3299 I noticed my growth improved but I recently cut my hair for work because I wanted a real clean look for my badge photo. Only thing I didnt like was how much buildup would be in my hair by the end of the week when I washed it.
Wait, so if I’d like to apply the oil in the morning what shampoo and conditioner would I need? Also what are the steps in order and for the conditioner do I need two different types of conditioners? please explain to me by answering by questions kozact thank you.
I do not get build up from applying oil every other day, if you feel like you might get build up, I’d recommend applying a lighter coat of oil Also, if you feel like you have too much oil in your hair , you can feel free to rinse it out, or wash your hair and start again, 🙌🏾
I suggest using wild growth hair oil as your hair and scalp oil, You can also use Ali Kay’s leave in conditioner, or Shea yogurt moisturizer as a leave in as well These are all products that contain very natural ingredients so they should work well with most hair types These are also a few of my favorites

9:00 If my hair is not long enough to do a protective method, what do you advise me to do in this case? Is there an alternative to the protective method?
You would still do all of the steps of making sure you’re eating foods that are rich in essential vitamins and nutrients needed to grow hair, you would also be sure to condition your scalp in your hair properly, u would do this until your hair reaches about 4 to 5 inches in length, and then you would immediately put your hair in a protective style You can also take hair supplements , that contain biotin in them
If I put oil in the morning as I go to places how would this work for me what shampoo and conditioner do I use? How many times a week should I use the shampoo and conditioner? What’s the difference with the leave in conditioner and regular?
Honestly, I highly recommend just continuing to do all of those steps, even after the 60 days, once your hair is long enough to put in a protective style go ahead and put your hair into a protective style ( cornrows, preferably ) and continue to do all of those steps Providing nutrition from the inside and out , providing amazing, scalp and hair conditions, Putting your hair in a protective style Keeping this consistent will help you to double your hair growth and half of the time
