    1.Wolfing-dont cut
    2.Moisturise
    -from inside(nutritious food and water)
    -from outside
    (1. condition your scalp by using hair growth oil and massage it for at least 1 minute every other day.
    2.Moisturise your hair with leave in conditioner
    3.Apply hair growth oil to your actual hair to seal everything
    4.Protective style(best cornrows)
    Bonus(my tip):Have bonnet while sleeping and for the day with all that oils and everything.

    • @Dhead-io4om
      @Dhead-io4om Год назад +3

      To prevent the flat look you could tie your hair up/put it in a protective style and yes you could use your hands with water and then put in your oil also honey will work best depending on your hair porosity if your hair has a hard time in absorbing water then you have low porosity and honey oils will work best but if you have an easy time absorbing water than you have high porosity and honey wouldn’t be best
      Hope that helps

    • @kozact
      @kozact  Год назад +5

      I suggest using wild growth hair oil as your hair and scalp oil,
      You can also use Ali Kay’s leave in conditioner, or Shea yogurt moisturizer as a leave in as well
      These are all products that contain very natural ingredients so they should work well with most hair types
      These are also a few of my favorites

    9:00 If my hair is not long enough to do a protective method, what do you advise me to do in this case? Is there an alternative to the protective method?

    • @kozact
      @kozact  Год назад +8

      You would still do all of the steps of making sure you’re eating foods that are rich in essential vitamins and nutrients needed to grow hair, you would also be sure to condition your scalp in your hair properly, u would do this until your hair reaches about 4 to 5 inches in length, and then you would immediately put your hair in a protective style
      You can also take hair supplements , that contain biotin in them

      @@thamesplayz7406 alright bro, so I’m no master yet but I’ll try and walk you through if h my wash days. So first I shampoo my hair in the shower after wetting my hair for at least 5 minutes make sure that you are shampooing your scalp. Next you put conditioner in your hair in SECTIONS and detangle your hair (I do this out of the shower but if it’s easier for you do it in the shower). After your hair is detangle rinse the conditioner out and then apply a deep conditioner (if your hair is low porosity you could get a plastic cap, put it over your hair, and then use a blow dryer to make sure the deep conditioner really gets into your hair). After like 20 minutes you can rinse that out and then you apply leave in conditioner, oil, and curl cream in that order and finally you can apply gel if you want. Depending on how your hair does throughout the week you can add water or a little more product if you feel like your hair needs it, and you can oil your scalp every other day until your next wash day. I hope this helps bro!

    Do I do for another 60 sixty days, once I am finish for the first time?

    • @kozact
      @kozact  Год назад +3

      Honestly, I highly recommend just continuing to do all of those steps, even after the 60 days, once your hair is long enough to put in a protective style go ahead and put your hair into a protective style ( cornrows, preferably ) and continue to do all of those steps
      Providing nutrition from the inside and out , providing amazing, scalp and hair conditions,
      Putting your hair in a protective style
      Keeping this consistent will help you to double your hair growth and half of the time

      Pick your hair with a leave in conditioner or any cream that moisturizes the hair. Consistently picking is already unnecessary, and doing it while dry will break your hair.
