- This 10 minute pilates booty workout will work on your booty area and tone your thighs to make them look long and toned. I created this workout for everyone who wants to lift, tone & build their booty, hates squats/jumps or is injured to do a long standing workout. I am being honest, sometimes I also prefer to have a controlled workout on the mat rather than jumping and moving around like crazy. Remember, every body is different and diet plays an important role for physical appearance.
