You are a fitness influencer and you tell people to do abs exercises everyday? That's a very bad advice! You should not train the same muscles two days in a row.
Stomach is okay. How else would you build muscle?
Yea I do them every day. Every other muscle group rotates. But I do a 10 min ab workout every day
You can do every second day ☺️

@@luckylulu7777 you know nothing about fitness and building muscles then. Muscles need rest to recover and grow.
